Hooray! American Horror Story veteran, Sarah Paulson, has signed on for American Horror Story Hotel, season5. Paulson has appeared in every season of the FX series, and series co-creator, Ryan Murphy has confirmed that Paulson will, in fact, return once again. Murphy took to Twitter and said, “Sarah Paulson is checking into Hotel. And this season, she’s the baddest bad girl of them all. #AHSSeason5.”
Sarah Paulson also took to Twitter to share her excitement. She wrote, “I’m so f**keeeen HAPPY to be able to finally tell you: IM BAAAAAACCK!! #AHSHotel.”
In Addtion to American Horror Story Hotel, you can catch Paulson in Murphy’s other FX series American Crime Story: The People v. O.J. Simpson, where she will play Marcia Clark opposite Cuba Gooding Jr., who is starring as O.J. Simpson. The series also featured John Travolta, and Connie Britton.
American Horror Story Hotel is the fifth season of the critically acclaimed series, in which was season tells a different story. It is also the first season without Jessica Lange, but veteran Kathy Bates will return to the series, playing the head of the hotel. In addition, the fifth season will also see the return of Matt Bomer, Cheyenne Jackson, Wes Bentley, and Chloe Sevigny. Filming is set to begin in Los Angeles in the Summer of 2015.
Fans are going crazy not knowing much about American Horror Story Hotel. Rumors have been flying regarding the plot. Some fans speculate that modern day witches will play a role in this season, and that it will be tied to the third season of American Horror Story, titled “Coven.” Another rumor is that it will actually relate to the second season of American Horror Story, “Asylum.”
What we do know is that international pop superstar, Lady Gaga, will star in American Horror Story Asylum. Gaga announce via her Twitter that she will have a role in the upcoming season, but did not reveal much information.
