It looks as though Gwyneth Paltrow and Brad Falchuk are taking the next step in their relationship. Sources say that Brad proposed to Gwyneth recently as the actress was spotted wearing a giant diamond ring on her engagement finger.
In fact, Gwyneth is so excited about the engagement that she’s already planning for her wedding to be the Hollywood event of the year. Gwyneth was previously married to rocker Chris Martin from 2003 until their divorce in 2014.
Eyewitnesses say that Gwyneth and Brad were spotted at her Goop Gift pop up shop in Brentwood, Calif. Sources say that the Hollywood actress was referring to Brad as her fiancé at the store. If that weren’t enough, Gwyneth was also spotted showing off her ring at Jay-Z’s birthday bash earlier this month, too.
Of course, sources close to Gwyneth Paltrow aren’t surprised that she’s planning the wedding of the year. After all, they know that Gwyneth loves all the attention that she gets from the media. In fact, some insiders say that Gwyneth is willing to pull out all the stops to make this the best A-list wedding the celebrity world has ever seen.
That’s why she wants all of her friends, from Beyonce and Jay-Z to Tracey Anderson to be there no matter what. In fact, she’s even willing to accommodate Jay-Z and Beyonce’s family to make sure they indeed come to her wedding.
And while Gwyneth wants to make herself the center of attention, sources say that Brad Falchuk is hoping for a more modest wedding. In fact, he only wants the couple’s close family members and just a few friends there. Even though he is a Hollywood producer, he’s simply not comfortable with Gwyneth’s celebrity status. That’s why he never makes any public appearances with her.
Of course, Gwyneth hasn’t made any comments about the engagement reports just yet. But sources close to the actress say that she’s going to make an announcement sooner rather than later. Gwyneth knows that she won’t be able to keep her engagement under the radar for too long.
