Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers and updates for the week of May 15 to May 19 tease that Chad (Billy Flynn) will open up to Gabi (Camila Banus). After he receives bad news from Abigail (Marci Miller), Chad will really need someone to talk to. He’ll run into Gabi and confess that Abigail filed for divorce.
Gabi will let Chad know that she’s sorry. She realizes he truly wanted to save his marriage. Of course, a small part of Gabi may wonder if there’s still a chance for them. She’s been pushing Chad away, but that was mostly because she thought Abigail would come to her senses.
Now that Abigail is divorcing Chad, Gabi may feel like things are a little more final. Regardless, she’ll want to support Chad as a friend. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Chad will also discuss his business drama. He acquired the amulet, but lied to Hope (Kristian Alfonso) and Andre (Thaao Penghlis) about it.
This artifact is supposedly cursed, so obtaining it comes with risks. Gabi will weigh in with her thoughts on the matter. DOOL spoilers indicate that Chad will appreciate Gabi’s advice. It’s clear that their bond is quite strong.
Eli (Lamon Archey) will certainly take notice of their continued connection. He’ll realize Gabi still hasn’t put Chad behind her. Days of Our Lives spoilers state that a man will hold the former lovers at knifepoint. Chad and Gabi will fear for their lives as this mugger waves the weapon in their faces.
Eli will find Chad and Gabi sharing a hug after the ordeal. He’ll get the wrong idea about their warm embrace. Days spoilers reveal that Eli will promptly dump Gabi. He’ll insist that he just can’t see her anymore. Eli thought he could help Gabi get over Chad, but now he’s not even sure that’s possible.
DOOL’s weekly preview video shows Eli saying that he hopes Chad and Gabi will be happy together. He’ll obviously be fed up with all of this. Days buzz hints that Eli may move on with Lani (Sal Stowers) at some point. As for Gabi, she’ll have to let go of Chad eventually. We all know “Chabby” is endgame.
