Prince George might be starting a new prep school this year, but it’s Kate Middleton who is going to have all the first day of school jitters. There’s a new report that says Kate is already worried about all of the tiger moms she is going to encounter when George enrolls in London’s top academy this year.
In London, Kate will see something she’s probably never seen before, and that’s London’s social circle of tiger moms. In other words, the kind of power and success-hungry kind of mothers who will do just about anything to make their children the crème de la crème of their school. Will Kate be able to fit in? Or will she find herself feuding with the other mothers?
Even Sarah Vine of the Daily Mail wrote, “These are women whose smiles don’t reach their eyes, either through malice or an excess of Botox, sometimes both. They will let nothing or no one get in their way — not even a future Queen of England.”
For Kate Middleton, she’s been anything but a tiger mom. In fact, her own approach to parenting has been something the royal family hasn’t seen before. Kate’s parenting methods have even angered Queen Elizabeth in the past, as she insists on raising Prince George and Princess Charlotte on commoner ideals and not that royal way.
Back in 2016, Kate was even photographed squatting while talking to Prince George after they touched down in Canada. Prince William was scolded by Queen Elizabeth when he did the same thing with Prince George on the balcony of Buckingham Palace during the RAF display last year.
Back in July, he revealed that George received way too many presents for his birthday. Apparently, the Duke and Duchess don’t want to raise Prince George and Princess Charlotte in thinking they can get whatever they want. Instead, Kate wants her children to have a very normal childhood, similar to what she had while growing up.
