The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for Wednesday, January 17, tease that Abby (Melissa Ordway) will give Lily (Christel Khalil) the green light on her trip home. Since Lily’s photoshoot went well, she’ll be free to go. Cane (Daniel Goddard) will catch up with Abby to find out where Lily rushed off to. When he learns Lily’s at the airport, Cane will make a mad dash over there.
Once Cane tracks Lily down, they’ll return to the hotel for a deep conversation. Cane will apologize for all the pain he caused. He’ll insist that they can put their marriage back together. Lily will warn that it’s going to take hard work, but she’ll ultimately grab Cane for a steamy kiss.
Meanwhile, Scott (Daniel Hall) will arrive to see Abby. He’ll announce that he quit Newman since Victoria (Amelia Heinle) wouldn’t relent on their assignment. Abby will have something else in mind for Scott. After a phone call to Victor (Eric Braeden), Abby will reveal that Scott can make payments to buy Hashtag.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Abby will ask Scott to relocate. He’ll hint that Hashtag might be based out of London from now on. Abby and Scott will talk about how they’re going to miss each other. They’ll share an uncomfortable farewell, so they’ll get some closure for now.
Back in Genoa City, Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) will be desperate for some song-writing material. When Mariah (Camryn Grimes) isn’t looking, Tessa will swipe her journal. Across town, Ashley (Eileen Davidson) will find out about the vials that were discarded in the park. She’ll realize that one deadly compound is still missing.
In Graham’s (Max Shippee) suite, he’ll cause Dina (Marla Adams) distress by mentioning their marriage. Dina will believe John’s (Jerry Douglas) still her husband. When Dina calls Jack (Peter Bergman), Graham will take the phone away from her. Jack will show up anyway, so a huge confrontation’s coming up.
Y&R spoilers say Jack will blast Graham for correcting Dina. That only makes her more upset when she’s confused. Jack will point out that it’s game over for Graham after their upcoming hearing. He’ll promise that Graham will lose his grip on Dina for good.
Later, The Young and the Restless spoilers state that Graham will tell Dina to rest. Once she’s asleep, Graham will plan on killing Dina with the compound. He’ll be stunned when Dina wakes up and fights back. Dina will eventually get the upper hand by stabbing Graham’s arm with the syringe.
Over with the Abbotts, Ashley will suddenly remember that Graham had a hypodermic needle in his room. They’ll panic and head for the door. It sounds like some exciting Y&R scenes are in the works.
