The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Wednesday, November 20, teases that some shockers and shakeups are brewing. We should note that B&B might be preempted due to impeachment hearings coverage. If Wednesday’s episode gets bumped or posted online, the show will make an official announcement to let everyone know. We’re giving you the heads-up just in case!
Now we can dive in and talk about some hot B&B drama. For starters, let’s address the bombshell Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) just faced. She was floored when Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) suddenly returned from the “dead.” Hope couldn’t help but fall into Thomas’ arms and cry. She was clearly beyond relieved to find out Thomas is alive and well.
Of course, Thomas may try to use Hope’s relief in his favor. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Thomas will have a point to prove on Wednesday. Will he acknowledge how emotional Hope is over his comeback? Will Thomas suggest this proves Hope wants him and would miss him if he weren’t in her life?
Hope is relieved for many reasons in this moment. She’s glad Thomas’ body wasn’t destroyed in a deadly acid vat. Hope’s also pleased to know she’s not responsible for Thomas’ demise. She won’t be locked up for Thomas’ murder or lose custody of the kids. Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) hasn’t lost another parent. These are all great reasons for Hope to be overcome with emotion.
None of that means Hope wants to be involved with Thomas romantically, but he may have a different opinion. It’s doubtful Thomas’ obsession with Hope is just going to disappear. However, Hope will mainly just have questions that need answers. She’ll want to hear all about how Thomas survived and why he went MIA.
The answers may be pretty simple since the vat clearly wasn’t filled with deadly acid. As for why Thomas stayed away, that might come back to that point he was trying to prove. Maybe Thomas was trying to teach Hope a lesson and make her see that they’re meant to be. That’d be a creepy plan, but Thomas may think it was justified since Hope gave him what she thought was a fatal shove.
Regardless, Thomas isn’t going to be pleased about Brooke Forrester’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) role in covering up his “death.” He hates Brooke with a passion and will make sure she pays the price soon. In the meantime, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) won’t know about Thomas’ return just yet. He’ll be busy talking to Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards) about how he’s lost his son – at least the son he knew.
Naturally, Shauna will do some flirting and try to lift Ridge’s spirits. She’ll admire Ridge’s devotion to his son and perhaps compare it to her own devotion of Florence “Flo” Fulton (Katrina Bowden). Shauna may suggest she knows Ridge well enough to realize he’ll never truly give up on Thomas. She’ll leave Ridge with hope for the future – and so will Thomas once he gets in touch.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Shauna will pull Ridge closer with her kind words, and that trend will continue later this week. We’ll give you updates as other B&B news comes in.
