Jordan can’t recall much. He knows there was a fight before the holidays and that it involved Maggie’s ex-boyfriend Parker. Parker was Maggie’s. He also knocked out Jordan and that’s why he doesn’t remember what happened. Only Jordan was told that they ran off Parker. Parker was gone and he supposedly returns at any moment. Maggie had used that excuse to get Jordan to train her. She’s now learning self-defense and its helping her expands her power of premonition. Maggie didn’t tell Jordan that Parker was gone for good and so Jordan has secretly been worrying about Parker coming back.
Jordan spoke to his girlfriend about it. He wanted to see if he could get Maggie a restraining order and his girlfriend got upset with him because she thought he was a little too interested in being Maggie’s hero. Jordan had downplayed his interest in Maggie though his girlfriend still walked away in a huff and Joran kept on looking for ways to keep his supposed friend safe. Not that Maggie knew what he was doing. Maggie was still pushing the limits of her new powers and so she received a vision. She saw a vision of Dark Harry. She later told her family what she saw and they reasoned the Darklighter must still be alive.
Harry survived their fight. He woke up back in his grave and so the same must be true of Dark Harry. Maggie later kept pushing until she had another vision. She saw a hotel they traced back to New Jersey and she suggested they all go there. All except for Macy. They had to live Macy behind because Maggie needed her big sister to give a tour at SafeSpace. Maggie was the only one with a job and she couldn’t risk losing it or else they’d run out of money. So, Macy stayed behind. She gave the tour she never wanted to give and she was rather short with the one guy that asked a lot of questions.
The guy with the questions was Julian Shea. Shea was the new owner of SafeSpace and he was a radical. He wanted to find new if not drastic ways for the human population to survive Global Warming. Julian also was easy on the eyes and Macy noticed even if she’ll never admit it to herself. Macy was handling the new boss while Maggie, Mel, and Harry were running into the girls’ dad. Their dad Ray Vera was surprisingly still alive. He faked his death after he thought his daughters had died and he was in hiding. It seems Ray was a thief. He stole relics and sold them on the black market.
It was all going well until someone began hunting Ray. Ray had gotten his hands on the Darklighter’s things and so the girls suspected the person hunting him was Dark Harry. Their Harry then knocked out Ray and they all transported back to the house. The girls had realized that they needed to tell their dad the truth and so they carefully explained to him how they were witches. They showed him their powers. They also told him how his life was in danger because of the weapon he collected. They would have liked to know where he found this weapon when Macy came barging in.
Macy said the new owner of SafeSpace had wanted to start building an underground empire. It was his solution to rising oceans problem and it would lead him to find their Command Center if they’re not careful. The girls, of course, couldn’t let that happen. They couldn’t let him find a secret underground witch center. Macy, therefore, had asked him out to dinner and she was going to use the opportunity to use an influential spell on Shea. Shea needed to be convinced not to dig up SafeSpace. Macy was working on that while her sisters were speaking to their father. Ray explained how he technically stole from their mother.
He knew where their mother would hide things at the house. Once he found out she had died, he snuck in and he robbed the place. He stole a few relics he thought he could sell. He later found buyers that were interested in more objects from the same source and no sooner did he turn them down that his daughter supposedly died in a house fire. He thought he caused his daughters to die and so that’s when Ray went into hiding himself. Ray now knows that whoever he was selling relics to had been involved in the attack on the house and so he was the closest source the girls have found on who might be controlling Dark Harry.
Ray still had a few relics on him. Like Dark Harry’s weapon and a protection totem, but the totem ended up collapsing the cloaking device on the house and so now their enemies can see where they are. It seems no matter what Ray did he just manages to make everything worse. He removed the cloaking and the person or thing hunting him had found them. Maggie and her dad were at the house when the monster came. Mel and Harry grabbed Macy and they got there in time. There was just one problem. Every time they used their powers on the monster the angrier the thing got and it would even replicate itself.
The only thing that stopped the monster was Ray handing over the totem. After he did that, the monster went away and the house disappeared again.
Things later went back to normal with the inclusion of Ray and Macy even solved her own problem with Shea. She didn’t need to drug him after all, but Maggie’s friend Jordan has been looking into her and he knows that she’s pretending to be dead. And he knows that she disappears into thin air.
And so Jordan has a few questions.
