Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) will resurface for November sweeps – and you can bet some DOOL surprises are in her future. Gabi should be taken aback by all the changes in Salem, so let’s look at four bombshells that are waiting for Gabi when she returns.
1) Stubborn Jake’s rejection
Before Gabi was forced out of town due to the threat Eduardo Hernandez (A Martinez) was facing, she was ready for a hot romance with Jake Lambert (Brandon Barash). Jake was ready for that romance as well, but Gabi ultimately pushed him away and lied about her true feelings for his own good.
It looks like stubborn Jake will refuse to open his heart back up – at least initially. Days of Our Lives spoilers point to Jake’s new attitude being a problem. That’ll probably just rile Gabi up and create that delicious tension that’s so reminiscent of Gabi’s relationship with Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash)!
2) Kate the romantic hurdle
There’s no guarantee things will go any further than the strange, awkward flirting that Jake did with Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow). Even so, the fact that there was flirting at all raises the possibility of a Kate and Jake fling.
If that happens, Kate could become a romantic hurdle for Jake and Gabi. There’s a chance Gabi could fly off the handle over the shock and want nothing to do with Jake at first.
3) Gabi’s brother drama
Gabi certainly cares about her brother, Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering), so she should be surprised when Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) isn’t waiting for him.
Rafe may blame himself for not being there for Hope when she was grieving, but Gabi can step up to comfort Rafe and remind him that none of this was her fault. Perhaps Rafe can give Gabi a pep talk or two as well once she’s trying to win Jake back.
4) Gwen the drugging culprit
Not only will Gabi be stunned over Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) being Abigail DiMera’s (Marci Miller) new BFF, an even bigger shocker awaits.
Days spoilers say it may take some time, but Gabi will ultimately realize Gwen was the drugging culprit – the one who caused Abigail’s hallucinations. That’ll turn Gwen into even more of an enemy for Gabi, who nearly went to prison for Gwen’s crime!
