General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will be taken aback when Martin Gray (Michael E. Knight) goes for the jugular. This guy’s a real shark, so Martin will do everything he can to make Michael and everyone connected to him look terrible.
Martin doesn’t seem to think Nelle Benson Archer’s (Chloe Lanier) ready to be a mom, but that’s none of his business. As long as Martin gets paid handsomely, he’s willing to show up in court and help Nelle fight for full custody of Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson).
Of course, Martin currently believes joint custody is all Nelle can hope for – if she even gets that! However, Nelle isn’t giving up and will likely show up to court with new husband Julian Jerome (William deVry) reluctantly in her corner. Julian isn’t exactly stepdad of the year material, but Martin can sell him as a decent stepfather to Wiley in court.
After all, Julian has stepped away from a life of crime – on the surface anyway. Nelle knows about the car crash meant to kill Brad Cooper (Parry Shen), but she’s willing to keep that along with Julian’s baby swap involvement under wraps.
To the judge, Julian looks like a man who’s built a better life for himself as a quiet bar owner. Charlie’s Pub is quite the hotspot in Port Charles, so that helps. The judge himself probably even gets some grub there occasionally.
Julian may not spend as much time with Leo Falconeri (Aaron Bradshaw) as he’d like, but he’s always there when his son needs him. Just like when Leo called crying on the phone just before Michael and Willow’s wedding – Julian came running. Martin can make Julian out to be a man who cares about kids and someone who could support Nelle in raising Wiley.
As for Michael, GH fans can expect Martin to totally trash him. General Hospital spoilers say a stunned Michael will be forced to defend his bad behavior. There’s no word on exactly what Martin will throw at Michael, but he’ll inevitably be the spin doctor.
Martin will try to make Michael and his dangerous mob family look like the scum of the earth. He’ll want the judge to believe Wiley would be better off with Nelle and Julian.
Martin will hope to make it so even “Snow White” Willow can’t save Michael, but will the judge buy what Martin’s selling? Time will tell, but it should be fun to watch Martin in action!
