The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers preview teases that viewers are in for an explosive week on the CBS soap. The new B&B preview promo for the week of August 24 is out, and it addresses the ongoing feud between Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and the duo of Shauna Fulton Forrester (Denise Richards) and Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer).
As B&B viewers know, Brooke went too far for Quinn’s liking when she messed with Quinn’s marriage to Eric Forrester (John McCook), and now Quinn wants her revenge.
Well, Quinn got some big payback on Brooke when she orchestrated Shauna’s divorce from Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Shauna’s Vegas marriage to Ridge.
And while Brooke doesn’t know how Quinn got Shauna to text Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) using Ridge’s phone and got the divorce papers filed, Brooke suspects that Quinn might have had a hand in the whole thing.
Well, the new B&B promo shows Quinn and Shauna facing off with Brooke at the Forrester mansion. “You don’t know the meaning of the word fight until you tangle with me,” Quinn tells Brooke.
For her part, Brooke looks less scared than suspicious of Quinn, and Quinn had better be careful to to overplay her hand – it would be better for both herself and Shauna if Brooke never finds out about what Shauna did in Vegas.
Quinn is also shown in the promo telling Shauna that “Brooke made an enemy of me, and that’s why she has to go.” And that’s also why Quinn is playing her new angle in her scheme to make sure that Brooke and Ridge break up for good.
As B&B viewers know, last week ended as Quinn was visiting with Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) over at Spencer Publications. Quinn thinks that if she can get Bill to pursue Brooke again, then that will drive a further wedge between Brooke and Ridge.
And while Bill will be quite suspicious of Quinn’s motives, it seems that her urging will have an effect on him, as B&B spoilers say that Bill will ultimately go to see Brooke and make a grand gesture to her.
During that conversation, the topic of Bill and Brooke’s feelings will come up, so it looks like Bill will declare his love for Brooke. Unfortunately for Bill, B&B spoilers say that Brooke won’t reciprocate Bill’s feelings, although she’ll say that a part of her will always love him.
However, Ridge will overhear a key portion of that conversation between Brooke and Bill, and it will be the part of the conversation where Brooke says that she will always love Bill.
So, it seems that Quinn’s plan will cause some serious damage between Ridge and Brooke – just like she wanted. By week’s end, B&B spoilers indicate that Brooke and Ridge’s relationship will be kaput, and that Shauna and Brooke will have a major showdown.
It will be a serious scene, and all indications are that Shauna will totally double down and claim her spot as Mrs. Ridge Forrester, while Brooke is devastated over something she sees when she goes to the Forrester mansion to find Ridge.
Might she walk in on Ridge and Shauna in a compromising position, or even in bed together? Whatever the case, it looks like it’s going to be the end of Brooke and Ridge’s epic love affair. Quinn should be thrilled!
