The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) will enjoy Liam Spencer’s (Scott Clifton) suffering. After Liam realizes Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) may be ready to move on with Dr. John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan), his reaction will be one of disapproval. Thomas will pick up on what he perceives as Liam’s jealousy, so he’ll have some fun by taunting Liam.
In Thomas’ view, Liam will just be mad he can’t have his cake and eat it, too. Thomas will feel like Liam wants Steffy pining while her ex is off with his other family. Thomas might even argue that Liam wants Steffy waiting in case Liam gets bored with Hope Logan (Annika Noelle)!
Whatever the case, Thomas won’t hold back as he goads Liam. There’ll be plenty of tension, which will explode after Liam takes his concerns to Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye). B&B spoilers say Liam will whine to Ridge about Finn’s interest in Steffy. It sounds like Ridge will want an ally to help him convince Steffy this is inappropriate.
When Thomas realizes Liam’s dragging Ridge into this, he’ll get even more irritated. Liam will be pathetic in Thomas’ eyes, so Thomas will be sure to let him know! The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Thomas will push Liam to leave Steffy alone.
If Steffy wants to pursue something with Finn, that’s her choice. It’s none of Liam’s business anymore.
Ridge will be stuck in the middle of all this, but he may agree that Liam’s being overprotective. Of course, Ridge will remain concerned about Steffy and what she’s been up against.
He’s her dad and that’s his job. It’s Liam who needs to butt out, but he may argue that Finn’s involvement with Steffy will mean involvement with Kelly Spencer (Avalon and Collette Gray).
Liam may feel like that gives him a right to meddle, but Thomas won’t agree. It might be different if Steffy were interested in some loser who’d put Kelly at risk, but Finn is a respected doctor – the very doctor who saved Steffy’s life! In terms of picking a guy to move on with, Steffy couldn’t choose a better one.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Thomas will blast Liam with everything he’s got, so he’ll definitely step up for his sister’s sake. Steffy and Finn’s budding romance will take center stage during the week of September 14-18, so stay tuned. We’ll offer updates as other news comes in.
