The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will focus on jealousy as her main weapon against Summer Newman (Hunter King). Thanks to a tip from Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson), Sally will use Summer’s insecurities about her relationship with Kyle to her advantage.
Of course, The Young and the Restless spoilers say Sally’s scheme could shift along the way. That’s especially true if Summer decides she’d rather not have Sally around at all. Sally is just Lauren Baldwin’s (Tracey E. Bregman) executive assistant, so there are plenty of people who could fill that position.
Lauren has made it clear that she wants Summer running the show at the Jabot Collective, so Summer is her priority here. In fact, Lauren will see a different side to Sally and grow wary of her soon.
Y&R spoilers say Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will warn Lauren about Sally later this week, so suspicions about the sneaky Spectra will start to mount.
If Sally gets fired, all bets are off. Sally might resolve to blow Summer and Kyle up completely for revenge, so how far might she go to do that? If you were a fan of The Bold and the Beautiful when Sally was on, you know she’s capable of terrible things.
Sally can get awfully wild when she’s pushed to her breaking point.
If Sally loses her fresh start in Genoa City thanks to Summer, it’s easy to see why Sally would strike back. The problem is Kyle adores Summer and doesn’t seem to have eyes for anyone else right now. It’s hard to imagine Kyle cheating on Summer just because Sally throws herself at him.
A more likely scenario would be some sort of cheating deception. In other words, Sally might make Summer believe Kyle betrayed her. It’d be pretty simple to do if there was some sort of staged scene.
Based on Sally’s shady track record, we wouldn’t put it past her to drug Kyle’s drink and take off his clothes once he passed out. Sally could make it so Summer catches Kyle naked in her bed – and Kyle would have a hard time explaining his way out of that mess!
Bottom line, Sally may go overboard on her jealousy plot, especially if there’s nothing left to lose. If Summer dashes Sally’s JCV dreams, Sally may take drastic action to make sure Summer feels the sting of a fake betrayal. We’ll pass along updates as other Y&R news becomes available.
