A cheating man was hit by a trolley at a Christmas festival. The man’s name is Arthur and he apparently was running away because his two wives found out about it each other and so he glad to get hit by the trolley. It broke both his ankles. He literally had a bone sticking out of a leg. But he was glad about getting hit because it bought him time. He got to the hospital and his wives figured out which marriage was real and the other a fake. Arthur even had the audacity to shout how he loves them both as he was being taken to the hospital. This was one of the weirdest cases that Bobby and his team has ever been called to. It was also really funny. They were still laughing about it when they left the scene and they went home to their respective families. And Buck continued to think about what he was going to get his girlfriend.

This was Buck’s first Christmas with a girlfriend. His usually was broken up by this point. He doesn’t know what to get Taylor and so he asked his friends at the station. They tried to give him an idea of something meaningful to her. Only Buck was left more confused after they “helped”. Taylor was also asking his friends what Buck would like and so the couple were both clueless about what the other wanted. The situation with Arthur also didn’t go away. Athena was called to the hospital because his two wives wanted to fight each other and she had to remind them who the real enemy is. Its Arthur. The women both asked him for a divorce and she tried to convince them to stay by saying it was Christmas. As if Santa was going to give him two wives for Christmas.

Athena and her family couldn’t wait to celebrate the holidays. May had to work this year. She was a first responder and the holidays was their busiest season. The 911 call center was also suffering from people who were just lonely. There was this one woman named Phyllis who calls all the time around the holidays because she was elderly and lived alone. She also didn’t seem to have any family. She’d invent a tragedy and tie up resources and there will never be something wrong with her or her house. It frustrated the call center. It also frustrated the police and fire department that would get called out to her house. They were all sick of Phyllis. Buck was still trying to figure out what to get his girlfriend when a call helped him realize that it shouldn’t be concert tickets.

The team got called to an office building. A woman had given her crush concert ticket to the Philharmonic and he said he didn’t want to go. He didn’t mean he didn’t want to go with her. He just hates the symphony because his ex-girlfriend was in one and she left him for another member of the orchestra. But the woman who didn’t know this, tried to rush away in embarrassment. She ended up falling on an elevator that hadn’t come up when the doors open and she needs to be rushed to the hospital. It was as she was being treated that her crush admitted he also has feelings for her. He just didn’t want to go to the concert because it was triggering for him. They agreed to go somewhere else and Buck realized concert tickets were off the table.

Phyllis called again. This time she tried to claim there was a prowler outside and so the dispatcher told her that they weren’t going to send someone unless it was an absolute emergency. Phyllis admitted it wasn’t. The dispatcher hung up and she reported it to her bosses. They also warned May. May was still new. She’s never dealt with Phyllis. They warned her that Phyllis was just lonely and that’s why they’ve named “LonelyLady”. They also said they usually said a deterrent out after two phone calls and so Athena was roped in by them to go talk to Phyllis. Phyllis was lonely. She lives alone since her husband died. He was glue that held the family together and after he died the others just drifted apart.

Phyllis has children. They simply don’t call her or remember she’s alive. Eddie has the opposite problem. He’s a single father and his son finally realized how dangerous his job is as a firefighter. Christopher has already lost his mother. He was now afraid his dad will die and so he wanted this Christmas to be extra special and unfortunately Eddie kept getting everything wrong. Eddie also had to work this Christmas. He talked about with Buck and he said that he contacted his son’s therapist to see if that would help, but the reality is that Eddie does have a dangerous job and he became a firefighter after he was a soldier for several years. He stopped being a soldier because he knew deployment was especially hard on his family. And now he has to figure out if he needs to stop being a firefighter as well.

The team was later called to an apartment building. They had to rescue a man after the building suffered structural damage and everyone in the building had to evacuate. They couldn’t even go back in for their Christmas presents. The Red Cross put them up at a motel. Bobby and his team later surprised everyone with a Christmas feast. There was also some donated gifts for the kids. Buck also got his girlfriend a bracelet with a beacon attached. All she has to do is press the beacon and help will arrive. No matter what or where she is. She loved it.

Phyllis also stopped harassing people because her daughter came out to visit her with her family and so she wasn’t so lonely this year.

And Eddie later announced that he was retiring from the Fire Department.

The End!
