General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Monday, April 12, tease that Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) will track Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) down and try to smooth things over.
Curtis was thrown by the sight of Marcus Taggert (Real Andrews) at Jordan’s loft, so he took off pretty abruptly. When Jordan finds Curtis, she’ll point out he didn’t have to leave.
However, Curtis will disagree and won’t seem to think moving forward as possible. He may argue that it’s not about Taggert, though that may have reminded Curtis about how cases and work partners will always come first.
Regardless, Curtis and Jordan will come to grips with the fate of their marriage on Monday. It certainly sounds like Jordan and Curtis will know divorce is the next step.
At GH, it looks like Taggert may be in for a check-up when he crosses paths with Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr). “If I remember correctly, neither one of us had a problem with that,” Portia says in Monday’s preview video.
Portia may reflect on how they’ve both kept secrets from each other over the years. She may think it’s important to be honest exes, especially when it comes to their daughter, Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla).
In the meantime, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will nail down the details of their plot to fake Baby Lou’s death.
Britt seemed suspicious of Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) recently, so it’s possible she’ll tell Maxie that she doesn’t think BLQ is pregnant. Britt might suggest using Brook Lynn to secretly take Maxie’s baby once she’s born.
Then again, that might be a puzzle piece that falls into place later – perhaps closer to the birth once the plan hits a snag. Either way, Britt and Maxie will feel confident in their fake baby death scheme at this point.
Maxie will wonder if it’s weird to fist-bump on this, but Britt will happily raise her own fist for the gesture. Keeping Maxie’s baby safe is something to celebrate!
Next, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will get honest with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell). She’ll tell Michael that she doesn’t want to let go of what they have – and Michael won’t want to let go either.
This could lead to Michael and Willow deciding to get back together, but what about Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard)?
Willow could have a change of heart or at least face a delay since Chase is about to be in crisis mode. Peter August (Wes Ramsey) convinced the waiter to drug or poison Hamilton Finn’s (Michael Easton) coffee with a mysterious vial.
Unfortunately, Finn put his mug on the table’s lazy Susan – just for old time’s sake since Chase liked to use it as a food merry-go-round as a kid.
Finn, Chase, Jackie Templeton (Kim Delaney) and Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) all sent their mugs spinning round and round, so GH fans are in the dark on who got the targeted cup.
However, Finn will seem fine when he talks about how something wasn’t such a bad idea – presumably that family dinner and discussion. Based on upcoming info for next week, Finn seems to be in the clear.
It looks like the mug went to one of the others at the table instead, but General Hospital may not reveal which one just yet. Whether Chase was the victim or one of his parents, he’ll need Willow’s support soon enough.
It’s worth mentioning that GH highlighted Gregory drinking his cup as he toasted to the future – whatever may happen. It could be a hint that Gregory will drink the affected mug, but we’ll see how it all plays out.
At Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) place, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will continue to hold Peter August (Wes Ramsey) at gunpoint.
Valentin just pulled his weapon on Peter, but Anna will pipe up that Valentin’s not going to do anything to Peter. She’ll insist she’ll be the one to do something instead.
General Hospital spoilers say Peter will be thrown down in the basement for the time being, but he’ll soon reveal he’s got a deadly plot in motion. Peter will warn that it’ll affect someone Anna cares about, but he won’t realize he’s lost control due to the twist at the restaurant.
