General Hospital Spoilers: Thursday, March 4 Recap – Drew Talks To Franco – Nina Confuses Wiley – Maxie Learns The Truth

General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Thursday, March 4, reveal that Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) chatted at the Metro Court bar.

The topic was Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), and Carly worried about Nina spending time with Wiley Quartermaine Corinthos (Theo and Erik Olson) and possibly feeding Wiley untruths about Nelle Benson Jerome (Chloe Lanier).

Meanwhile, in a suite, Jackie Templeton (Kim Delaney) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) discussed how Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) had known that Peter August (Wes Ramsey) wasn’t her son but didn’t tell Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton).

Chase tried not to judge Anna, and Jackie pointed out that relationships were complicated. Jackie pointed out that no one was perfect, and that they all did the best they could.

In another suite, Anna came to see Finn, who was brooding about Anna’s deception. Finn wanted to hear the full truth. Anna divulged that she and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) decided together to contain the truth and abduct Peter on his wedding day.

This really upset Finn, who was most angry that Anna chose to withhold things from him.

“Was I really that much of an afterthought?” Finn fumed. Anna replied that she thought that she was protecting Finn, but she acknowledged that in actuality she was protecting herself and was trying to avoid this moment right now.

In the ballroom at the wedding locale, Peter was happy that Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) still wanted to marry him. Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) watched with disgust as Maxie said that her love for Peter hasn’t changed just because Peter’s mother did.

Liesl decided to put a stop to this, and she approached Dante Falconeri (Dominick Zamprogna) with her pen, but before she could click it, Valentin stepped up.

“Sorry, Maxie, I can’t let you marry Peter without knowing who he really is,” Valentin said urgently. Valentin explained that Peter’s redemption was a lie, that Peter wasn’t an unwitting pawn nine years ago in Afghanistan, and that Peter brought down Drew Cain’s (Billy Miller) plane.

Liesl piped up and said that Peter framed her.

At this point, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) lunged at Peter and had to be held back, and Valentin said that Peter helped Shiloh Archer (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) escape from prison because Shiloh knew about Peter being responsible for Drew’s kidnapping.

Maxie looked stunned, and Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) called Anna, who was still in Finn’s suite, to tell her to get down here now.

Up in Finn’s suite, Finn dryly said that Anna had other priorities, and Anna left sadly.

Anna immediately went to the ballroom where she shared the whole story about how she found out about Peter’s crimes, and how Peter killed the assassin he hired to kill Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) and Andre Maddox (Anthony Washington).

Peter attempted to protest, and Anna explained to Maxie that she helped cover up the connection between Peter and the assassin because she didn’t believe it.

Mac Scorpio (John J. York) promptly punched Peter, and Maxie and the baby went into distress. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) tended to Maxie, while Maxie looked at Peter in disbelief.

Up in Franco’s suite, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and Cameron Webber (William Lipton) stopped by to bring Franco some of his things. Cameron gave Franco the phone with the video that “Drew” had made before the memory transfer reversal procedure.

Soon, Elizabeth got a text from GH and had to go, and Cameron was peeved that he couldn’t stay with Franco, but Franco insisted it wasn’t safe.

After Elizabeth and Cameron left the room, Franco sat down with the phone and watched “Drew’s” video. The video started with “Drew” saying that he needed to tell Franco a few things.

Back in Jackie’s suite, Finn arrived at the door. And back down in the Metro Court restaurant, Liesl and Valentin sat over drinks. Liesl was glad that now Maxie might finally be free of Peter.

At the Quartermaine mansion, Nina arrived to see Wiley. Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) were on hand as Nina and Wiley played with blocks in the living room.

Willow referred to herself as “Mommy,” which Nina didn’t really appreciate, and when Willow answered the door, Nina told Wiley that she wasn’t his Mommy’s Mommy.

Carly arrived, and she talked with Nina while Willow took Wiley out of the room for a moment. A few minutes later, Willow and Wiley returned to the room, and Willow was visibly upset.

Willow told Carly that Wiley just said that she’s not his real Mommy. Carly looked knowingly at Nina, who looked guilty.
