General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) will cut an immunity deal with the WSB, so a freedom power play will bring this villain to Port Charles. Victor is one slippery character, so let’s talk about how he’ll score his release despite all his crimes.
Victor has been working with fellow criminal Peter August (Wes Ramsey) for quite some time, so both of them deserve to go down. That’s especially true with all the kidnapping and torturing that’s been going on.
Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) lost years of his life and has been beaten regularly, but he won’t get justice when it comes to Victor.
It turns out Victor isn’t going to pay for that or anything else – including Liesl Obrecht’s (Kathleen Gati) abduction or the hostage drama Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) has endured either.
Chloe Jennings (Phoebe Kuhlman) was also held against her will – and we can’t forget about the mysterious female prisoner that Chloe and Drew heard screaming.
Victor has been messing with so many lives as part of his own twisted agenda, but none of that’s going to matter in the end.
GH fans can expect Victor to give the WSB information that they need, so he no doubt planned for the possibility of his capture.
Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will be the ones who first apprehend Victor. They’ll hand Victor over to the WSB, but he won’t stay in custody for long.
After Victor negotiates his release, he’ll land back in Port Charles. If Victor’s story about Valentin being his son is true, he may hope to form some sort of relationship with him.
Valentin has a major medical crisis coming up, but there might be an opportunity for complex father-son bonding once he’s out of the woods.
Whatever the case, Victor will wiggle out of his punishment for now and decide to stick around Port Charles – even though he obviously won’t be wanted there.
It’s safe to say Victor’s decision to stay will ruffle plenty of feathers and could put a target on his back, so he’d better be careful!
