The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) will inevitably battle temptation after Hope Spencer’s (Annika Noelle) marriage implodes.
Hope was already struggling over the possibility that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) might have another child together.
Once that possibility becomes a reality, it’ll send Hope into a downward spiral. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Thomas will offer a sympathetic ear, but he’ll also face a bit of a dilemma.
Thomas may want to keep urging Hope to work things out with Liam, but what about Thomas’ own deep love for Hope? How long can Thomas ignore what’s in his heart?
Since it looks like Vinny Walker (Joe LoCicero) altered the paternity test results for Thomas’ sake, he’ll be pressuring Thomas to chase after Hope again. Thomas will hopefully go about it in a way that’s less obsessed and manipulative this time around.
This is B&B’s opportunity to finally make Hope and Thomas a viable pairing – one that’s built on love and trust instead of lies and trickery. Thomas’ loyalty will make him an incredibly appealing option once Hope’s done with Liam the waffler.
Hope and Liam’s divorce will probably become the new path forward, so that’ll leave Hope single and ready for Thomas’ love eventually.
Despite Thomas’ problematic past, this is a soap and sometimes you just have to go where the chemistry is. Thomas and Hope certainly have plenty of it! Plus, this will be the ultimate cruel twist of fate for Liam.
Because Liam thought Hope betrayed him with Thomas, he blew up his marriage and entire life. It seems fitting for Liam to watch Hope actually move on with Thomas as a consequence of his own actions.
Of course, the assumption that Liam and Steffy are having another child together will be what leads to potential “Thope” love. It’ll be the catalyst for Thomas to get what he wants, but it seems it’ll all be based on Vinny’s paternity test tampering.
The Bold and the Beautiful is setting up a ticking time bomb that’ll blow things up once again and leave couples in jeopardy. What happens once it’s revealed that Steffy’s baby actually belongs to John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan), not Liam as they all previously thought?
Liam’s probably going to want Hope back, but it may be too late by then. Will Hope already be madly in love with Thomas, who’s actually devoted to her? If B&B wants to really twist the knife for Liam, they might have Hope be pregnant by Thomas when the truth comes out.
It might give Hope one more reason to stick with Thomas and reject Liam despite the real paternity results.
