The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Monday, July 5, teases that Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) will search for Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) and hear an unbelievable story from Justin Barber (Aaron D. Spears). Eric Forrester (John McCook) will also be done with Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) in the aftermath of her betrayal, so here’s what fans can expect.
In the caged basement area, Thomas will pay the price for Justin’s intense grudge against Bill Spencer (Don Diamont).
It seems Justin will visit his hostage and once again insist freedom isn’t an option. Justin can’t let Thomas go when he could tell the truth and ruin all his vengeful plans.
B&B spoilers say Justin will continue to gloat about his upper hand. He’ll be excited about his Spencer Publications takeover – particularly since Bill will be busy rotting behind bars.
Justin still won’t care about Liam Spencer’s (Scott Clifton) fate or Thomas’ fate for that matter. It’s clear that Justin’s desire for revenge trumps everything else right now.
Over with Hope, she’ll find herself waiting for Thomas to get back in touch with her.
Hope will start to worry that something terrible might’ve happened since Thomas doesn’t normally disappear. In fact, Thomas recently assured Hope that he’d always be a text or call away!
Unfortunately, Hope’s concerns are only going to grow stronger once she starts asking questions. Justin will be on the receiving end of them, but he won’t give satisfactory answers.
Hope will raise an eyebrow over how vague Justin is being – and alarm bells will especially go off when Justin claims Thomas left LA.
Hope will know in her heart that Thomas wouldn’t just take off without telling her. Thomas cares too much about Hope and Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) to do that.
Besides, Thomas promised Liam he would be there for Hope, Douglas, Beth Spencer (River Davidson and Madeline Valdez) and even Kelly Spencer (Avalon and Collette Gray).
Hope won’t believe Thomas suddenly went out of town without warning, so she’ll resolve to get to the bottom of this – and that’s going to spell big trouble for Justin.
In the meantime, Quinn will be backed into a corner. Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) just made an affair confession, so now it’s Quinn’s turn to confirm her part in the betrayal.
This obviously isn’t something Carter would lie about, so this confirmation from Quinn is just about respecting Eric enough to admit it.
Quinn will finally surrender and tell Eric that she was indeed the woman in Carter’s bed. She’ll really let loose with the waterworks and ask Eric to forgive her for such a horrible mistake.
Quinn will do her best to explain this away and make Eric see that they can still wipe the slate clean. Quinn will want the bright future they talked about, but Eric won’t see how that’s possible anymore.
Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) will get her wish when Eric sees Quinn’s true colors and unleashes all his anger.
Eric will probably make it clear that a divorce is looming, so Quinn’s vow renewal will officially be an epic flop that destroys her life. We’ll give you updates as other B&B news pops up.
