The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) will fall back into a familiar pattern. Y&R fans know Sharon and Rey Rosales’ (Jordi Vilasuso) entire relationship has suffered due to two main problems: deception and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman).
Unfortunately, Sharon is once again lying to Rey – and Adam is the reason why.
When Sharon and Rey first developed feelings for each other, she was deceiving him about the JT Hellstrom (Thad Luckinbill) case. Lies have always been a big issue in Rey and Sharon’s romance.
It’s easy to see that nothing has really changed on Sharon’s end!
Of course, Adam became the bigger issue later, but now we’ve got the double whammy of Sharon lying about Adam. The reason for Sharon’s deception makes it even worse.
Since Rey believes Adam poisoned him, he wouldn’t like it one bit if he knew Sharon wasn’t telling him about Adam reaching out.
Rey was willing to try getting past Sharon’s forbidden kiss with Adam and the fact that she hid it from him, but he may not be able to take yet another round of Adam deception.
Although Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will ultimately be revealed as the true poison culprit, Sharon is still putting Adam first and choosing him over Rey.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Sharon will secretly visit Adam and pitch in on a trap for Chelsea. How will Rey feel once everything blows up and he realizes Sharon’s been teaming up with Adam behind his back?
Rey will have to acknowledge that Adam’s innocent and that Sharon was right to believe him, but he may also want Sharon to acknowledge the obvious.
Sharon’s in denial if she thinks she’ll ever stop trying to save Adam or that she’ll ever cut off this connection. No amount of therapy is going to change that.
Will all of this build to Rey pushing for a divorce? Chelsea clearly isn’t going to be a romantic option again for Adam anytime soon – if ever!
That could mean Adam and Sharon are poised for a reunion, so Rey might step aside and pursue other options once his heart has healed.
