The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) could be poised to play dirty – and so could Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi).
On Tuesday’s Y&R episode, March 23, Sally taunts Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) about how he’d still be with Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner) if it weren’t for her husband being in the way. Sally tries to act like Kyle lies awake late at night thinking about what might’ve been.
Of course, Kyle has given no indication that it’s true, but Sally will no doubt continue to sell this idea of Kyle, Tara and Harrison Locke as a picture-perfect family.
It’ll be the perfect way to drive Summer up the wall when the time is right. If the truce with Kyle and Summer ends, Sally could have some dangerous tricks up her sleeve.
Summer has already shown some signs of jealousy and concern when it comes to Tara. Summer even talked about how she couldn’t take her eyes off Tara when they first crossed paths.
It was hard for Summer to face this woman that Kyle almost threw his life away for – the woman who had his child.
It’ll be easy for Sally to prey on Summer’s fears, especially since Sally has known for quite some time that this is the ideal strategy to use. Early on, Summer got the heads-up from Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) about Summer’s kryptonite being her insecurities regarding Kyle.
Naturally, Ashland will certainly be looking for some payback once he confirms Kyle’s the one Tara cheated with. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Ashland’s office will call Kyle on Tuesday, so a meeting could be coming where Ashland pushes for a confession.
This could lead to the truth about Harrison coming out as well – and then Ashland will crush Kyle just like she warned.
There’s the potential for Sally and Ashland to team up against Kyle. They may join forces to blow up Kyle’s relationship with Summer in the months ahead.
If Kyle plays a role in why Sally loses Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), she’d have a strong motive to fight back with Ashland.
What happens if Sally makes it look like Kyle and Tara have reconnected as lovers? It’d be simple for Sally with some bogus proof. There was a strange line recently where Tara mentioned how the “Cherish Me” lipstick from Jabot was her favorite. It felt like a crucial hint that might come back around.
If Sally finds out Tara’s favorite lipstick shade from Tara or even Ashland, she might plant it on Kyle’s handkerchief or perhaps the collar of a shirt.
Summer would know it’s not her shade and would probably recognize the familiar color from Tara’s lips. There’d be some good ways for Sally to stir up Summer’s suspicions.
Other bigger clues might build to Summer thinking Kyle and Tara are having another affair. Could Ashland rely on Sally as part of his revenge strategy? Will they get vengeance together by blowing up Kyle’s current romance? As other Y&R news comes in, we’ll bring you updates.
