The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) may eventually think bigger when it comes to her Genoa City plans. At the moment, Sally’s using Theo Vanderway’s (Tyler Johnson) reputation as a troublemaker to her advantage. She’s acting like Theo’s mostly to blame for her feud with Summer Newman (Hunter King).
Sally duped Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) into thinking she’s just a misunderstood, ambitious young woman who’s trying her best. However, Summer isn’t fooled and knows Sally is indeed after her job.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Summer will hope to open Jack’s eyes and everyone else’s for that matter. Summer will try to get a better grip on Sally’s story in LA, but the past may not matter much to Jack. He’s been adamant that Sally deserves another chance – a true fresh start in GC.
Since Jack is quickly becoming Sally’s biggest fan, it probably won’t be long until she lands in his bed. That could open up a world of new opportunities for Sally. She might realize she should start thinking beyond the little old Jabot Collective. JVC is nothing compared to what Jack could do for Sally if he has a reason to go all in.
Sally might even rely on a familiar strategy to make sure Jack’s locked in for financial support. Could Sally plot to have an Abbott baby – an heir who’ll secure her spot within this family and make it so Jack can’t abandon her?
Sally has some abandonment issues when it comes to men anyway, so this would be a reasonable idea for her to come up with. That’s especially true since Sally’s tried it before. On The Bold and the Beautiful, Sally tracked her cycle and was planning to get pregnant by Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) at the perfect time.
Sally thought it’d make it so Wyatt would have to stand by her, but her plot didn’t pan out. There’s no guarantee it’d work out this time either, but it’d be an interesting Y&R storyline since Jack doesn’t want any more kids!
When Jack dated Kerry Johnson (Alice Hunter) aka Dominique Carroll, he made it clear that he was done having babies. Jack realized it was one of the pitfalls of dating a much younger woman since Kerry was still thinking about her future family. Now would be a great opportunity for the problem to come up again in a different way.
Naturally, Sally won’t seek Jack’s opinion on this if she sets out to make it happen. Jack will just fall into Sally’s pregnancy trap if she sets one. Sally might hope that an Abbott baby would cement her own status within the family and offer a golden ticket! We’ll provide updates as other Y&R news comes in.
