The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) and Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) holiday sparks will fly when these exes are drawn together as Christmas approaches. Nick and Sharon will deal with some familiar feelings in the coming episodes, so let’s talk about what’s in store.
During the week of December 6-10, Nick will turn to Sharon for support as he continues to feel like a Newman outsider. Sharon has a knack for making Nick feel better, so he’ll pay her a visit and enjoy the comfort of her presence.
There’s just a natural ease when it comes to Nick and Sharon since they’ve known each other for so long. Nick doesn’t feel like he can open up to anybody quite like he can with Sharon. Of course, Nick’s still dealing with his breakup from Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), so that’ll be weighing on him.
Y&R spoilers say Nick will take a little trip down memory lane with Sharon on December 7. Although Sharon and Nick had their fair share of problems over the years, they made some wonderful memories as well.
This conversation about “Shick” history should tug at Nick’s heartstrings – and Sharon is sure to be emotionally affected by it, too. That doesn’t mean Sharon will be ready to dump Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) and jump right into a reunion with Nick, but the fact that they’re bonding during the holiday season is interesting.
When Noah Newman (Rory Gibson) got updates on Nick’s breakup with Phyllis, he had to question if his mom might’ve had something to do with that – at least on some powerful level. Noah wondered if deep down, Nick never got over Sharon.
That made it seem like Nick could find himself pining for Sharon in the coming weeks. Sharon has a committed husband in Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) as well as a “Shey” marriage anniversary on the way.
Nevertheless, Sharon and Nick should settle into a sparkly familiar pattern this Christmas, especially now that Noah’s home. The warmth of family bonding could translate into “Shick” inching toward a reunion, so stay tuned.
