The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, May 19, tease that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will face new home conflict while Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) fights for Harrison Locke (Kellen Enriquez). Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) will also get a big surprise, so here’s what to expect in Wednesday’s exciting episode.
At Crimson Lights, Billy will let Lily know he’s already been doing some happy home-hunting. That news will shock Lily since she didn’t think it’d happen so soon.
Of course, Lily thought it was a wonderful idea when Billy suggested getting a place together. It’ll catch Billy off guard when Lily suddenly seems so wishy-washy on this, so he’ll wonder what’s up.
Lily went through a tough divorce after things fell apart with Cane Ashby (Daniel Goddard). Although Lily loves Billy, perhaps living together in an actual home is just scary under the circumstances. Lily may worry that it’s too much, too fast once she really thinks about it.
However, Billy will want to move full-speed ahead, so he may force Lily to confront the doubts she’s battling and why she’s having them.
If there’s anything Billy can do to make Lily feel more secure in their relationship, he’ll want to do it. Unfortunately, patience isn’t Billy’s strong suit, so that could be a problem!
Other Y&R spoilers state that Kyle will take a stand against Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi). The end of Tuesday’s episode brings Ashland to Kyle’s hotel suite, so Wednesday will bring a long-awaited confrontation.
Now that Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner) has admitted to her affair with Kyle, Ashland will certainly have a thing or two to say to the young Abbott. However, Kyle will make it clear that Ashland’s beef is with him, not Summer Newman (Hunter King) or his family.
Kyle will also work to protect Harrison and Tara, so that means moving forward with a difficult plan. Claiming paternity is the only strategy that could block Ashland from his push for custody, so Kyle will have no choice but to fight for his son.
In the meantime, Tessa Porter (Camryn Grimes) will have something special in store for Mariah. This pregnancy hasn’t been easy thanks to Mariah’s morning sickness and hormonal changes, but she’s committed to helping Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) become a mom.
It sounds like Tessa’s surprise will serve as a little reward along the way.
