Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) will face some shocking news that could warm his cold heart. DOOL viewers know Eric has been downright nasty to Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) lately, but he may change his tune once he finds out about the church explosion.
The truth is that Eric’s mostly upset about the situation he’s found himself in.
Eric thought he was going to be a father, so it stung when Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) reversed her decision and had an abortion.
However, that was Jada’s choice to make. Since Eric can’t blame Jada for that, he’s taking his anger out on Nicole instead – even when it’s not really her fault.
Eric may deal with some regrets once the explosion shocker spreads.
During the week of December 19-23, Days spoilers say Eric will find out Nicole was involved, so he’ll naturally grow concerned about her.
That’s especially true considering how Eric and Nicole left things when they last talked.
Nicole’s near-death experience could be a game-changer that helps Eric drop his grudge.
It wasn’t a great idea for Nicole to go behind Eric’s back the way she did, but that’s not a good enough reason to punish her forever.
Of course, that doesn’t mean Eric and Nicole will get back together anytime soon.
It seems like Nicole and Eric now realize that’d be a mistake since they’re so different from each other.
Almost getting another chance at Days couple status helped Eric and Nicole see why they broke up in the first place.
Nevertheless, Days spoilers say Eric will get updates on Nicole’s brush with death and want to check on her.
DOOL fans may briefly see a panicked Eric, but Nicole’s going to be just fine in the end.
In fact, this whole ordeal will bring Nicole much closer to EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel), so it appears something else that’s positive may come out of this.
Nicole may face a nice turning point with Eric where they learn to be civil and take a step toward friendship again.
Meanwhile, Nicole can potentially move toward a romantic reunion with EJ.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Eric will reach out to Nicole in the aftermath of the explosion and hopefully patch things up with her as friendly exes.
