Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Thursday, January 27, teases that Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) will face a surprise matchmaker while Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) spots TR Coates (William Christian). Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) and Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) will also face off – at least in a weird and underhanded sort of way!
At the pub, Days spoilers say Brady will continue chatting with Nancy Wesley (Patrika Darbo), who’s on cloud nine now that she feels confident in Craig Wesley’s (Kevin Spirtas) loyalty.
Nancy will wish the same happiness for Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) – and she’ll think that happiness just might lie with Brady!
Since Nancy has been back in town, she’s witnessed how much Brady cares for Chloe.
Nancy will see the potential for a romantic reunion and will think Brady should pursue her daughter.
Although Brady would love to get back together with Chloe, he won’t want to pressure her – especially since Chloe is still so worried about Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson).
Brady may point out that they’re hoping Philip will turn up safe and sound.
However, Nancy may argue that there are no guarantees in life.
Nancy won’t want to see Brady and Chloe let their chance at bliss pass them by, so she’ll at least push Brady to think about a true reconciliation.
Next, Chloe will reel over the DOOL shocker she just overheard.
Chloe never thought of Craig as someone who would cheat on Nancy, but there’s no other way to explain him being on the phone calling somebody “honey” and saying he missed them.
Chloe will confront Craig and perhaps accuse her father of having another woman in his life after all. Once Craig looks Chloe in the eye, he just won’t be able to deceive her any longer.
Instead of scrambling to cover up the truth, Craig will spill some stunning affair details.
Craig’s obviously going behind Nancy’s back with someone, but the real bombshell here is that it’s a man rather than a woman.
Craig has been trying to come to grips with being gay and doesn’t know how to tell Nancy, but Chloe may argue that her mother deserves the full truth.
As for Ava and Nicole, the truth is something they both know, but they won’t reveal it to each other.
Nicole and Ava will play a little game instead – just dropping hints about the cheating and the revenge setup that followed.
Days spoilers say Nicole and Ava will have a showdown of sorts, but they’ll be careful about how much they divulge.
Ava and Nicole will work the phony friendship angle, but they’ll both be scheming at this point.
At the Salem PD, arrested Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) will be in a tight spot.
Rafe will desperately need someone he can trust on his side – and that person will be Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer).
After Rafe comes clean about sleeping with Nicole, he’ll explain that Ava must’ve learned the truth. Rafe will be convinced Ava is framing him with the help of her Vitali criminal connections.
Shawn will promise to do some digging and try to prove it, so Rafe can take comfort in putting Shawn on the case.
In the meantime, Lani will catch up with Abe Carver (James Reynolds), so that may involve a conversation about Chanel Dupree’s (Raven Bowens) heartache.
Lani will also reflect on her bio dad and insist she wants nothing to do with him.
Lani will feel like Abe is the only father she’ll ever need and won’t want to even meet Paulina Price’s (Jackée Harry) ruthless ex.
Of course, Lani won’t know the man who helped bring her into the world is right there in town! Paulina will be busy ripping into Ray aka TR over the past.
Paulina will trash Ray for how he treated her and will want him to leave her alone. That goes for the people Paulina loves as well.
There’ll be an unlucky break when Lani decides to go for a walk with the twins.
Lani will land right in TR’s path, so Paulina will scramble to cover up the truth once her daughter spots him.
