Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for week of August 22-26 teases that Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) and Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) will reconnect while Li Shin (Remington Hoffman) fears a Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) disaster. Paulina Price-Carver (Jackée Harry) will also have big regrets and offer an apology as a result, so here’s what DOOL fans can look forward to.
In Dr. Wilhelm Rolf’s (Richard Wharton) lab, he’ll awaken Stefan before he can program him to love Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin).
Stefan will get updates on his missing years and realize he needs to tell Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) that he’s alive.
While Stefan makes a quick getaway and heads for the DiMera mansion, Li will find out the patient is gone.
That’ll leave Li furious with Dr. Rolf and determined to track Stefan down again.
One way or another, Stefan’s going to land back in that lab – and this time, Dr. Rolf will vow to finish that brainwashing procedure!
Gabi was already experiencing some trust issues when it came to Li.
Since suspicious incidents will keep happening, Gabi will know there’s more to Li than meets the eye.
While Gabi ponders Li and Dr. Rolf’s true connection, Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) will face off with Stephanie.
Perhaps Stephanie will lash out at her paranoid dad again and insist she can handle her PR meeting alone.
It turns out Steve isn’t so paranoid after all since Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) and Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will get kidnapped.
Orpheus (George DelHoyo) will be behind this double snatching, but Steve and John Black (Drake Hogestyn) will team up on a rescue.
Other Days spoilers say Chad will cross paths with Stephanie again, so that’ll give them a chance to really talk.
Stephanie will wonder how Chad is holding up in the aftermath of Abigail DiMera’s (Marci Miller) death and may vow to help if he ever needs anything.
Chad may downplay how bad things have gotten, but he’ll appreciate the distraction of chatting with Stephanie and hearing about her time in Seattle.
We’ll see Stephanie and Chad bond again now that she’s back in Salem.
Later, Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) will physically run into Stephanie in the town square and fall to the ground.
Stephanie will be annoyed and may accuse Alex of not watching where he was going.
As for Alex, he’ll be totally transfixed by the beautiful creature in front of him.
It’ll be love at first sight for Alex, who’ll decide he has to do whatever it takes to be with the woman of his dreams.
There’ll be more police drama as Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) offers her account of the night she broke out of Statesville.
Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) will reveal his version of events to Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty), so DOOL viewers may learn a lot from the two stories.
Gwen and Leo will wait to learn their fates, but they won’t see DA Melinda Trask’s (Tina Huang) stunning announcement coming.
Trask will reveal what she plans to do about Leo and Gwen, but it looks like they’re both going to wind up free one way or another.
Across town, Days spoilers say Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) will deliver a heartfelt plea.
Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) will face pressure to give Kate just one more chance – and he may finally be ready to cave in.
Paulina will also battle regrets for nearly joining forces with Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) to break up Allie Horton (Linsey Godfrey) and Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens).
Although Paulina already apologized to Chanel, she’ll feel she owes Allie an apology, too.
Over with Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) and Nicole Brady (Arianne Zucker), they’ll have some shocking dreams about each other.
Nicole will also have Eric on her mind when she visits his apartment and finds an undressed Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) inside.
Jada will think she has every right to be in Eric’s bed, so she’ll make that crystal clear to married Nicole!
