Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers recap review for the week of November 21-25 reveals that EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) had a shocking encounter while Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) made a blue suit blunder. Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) also got petty, so let’s talk about how all the DOOL drama went down.
Thanks to Ava Vitali’s (Tamara Braun) car crash with Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) in the backseat, EJ’s life has turned into a total trainwreck.
Dan Feuerriegel is doing an excellent job of portraying a son who’s mourning the only person who’s ever loved him unconditionally.
Susan’s presumed death hit EJ hard, but it was nice to see him connect with Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) over the loss.
EJ was also far less antagonistic than usual with Rafe, so Days is really showing us how his suffering has affected him.
Of course, EJ suddenly seemed hopeful about a reunion with Susan at the crash site.
Some leaves rustled nearby and left EJ calling out to his mother, but look for Ava to be revealed as the one behind this shocking encounter soon.
In the meantime, we should address Xander’s blue suit blunder.
Xander really should’ve put that away so Sarah Cook (Linsey Godfrey) wouldn’t have connected the dots of Bonnie Kiriakis’ (Judi Evans) kidnapper description.
However, Sarah was already suspicious and probably would’ve arrived at that conclusion at some point anyway.
Now Days spoilers say all Xander can do is face Sarah’s captor accusations and decide whether he’ll tell the truth or lie!
Over with Rafe, he reluctantly let Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) make a pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving – only to throw it in the garbage before it ever got baked.
That was rather petty and left Rafe without a dessert for his family gathering.
Li Shin (Remington Hoffman) was genuinely disappointed over the lack of pie when he showed up with Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus).
Rafe wants to pretend he’s being mature about this divorce, but throwing a pie in the trash like a kid having a temper tantrum proved otherwise.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Rafe will continue to sulk for a while, but he’ll eventually look to the future – perhaps one with Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu)!
