Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for the week of October 17-21 teases that Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) and Sarah Cook (Linsey Godfrey) will have a surprise development in store while EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) busts Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) for snooping. Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) will also be faced with a job change, so let’s discuss what’s coming up on DOOL.
Since Eric will remain worried about Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) and the other dying patients, Nicole Walker-Hernandez (Arianne Zucker) will once again console him.
Although Eric will appreciate Nicole’s support, Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) will blow his top once he sees them together.
Fortunately, Marlena will get a miraculous serum dose. Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) will have a completely different response to her injection, so her loved ones will reel as she flatlines.
Days spoilers say Kayla will make a quick appearance in heaven, but she’ll ultimately learn it’s not her time to go.
Kayla will pull through along with Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow), who’ll get a serum dose as well.
It’ll be proven that the serum works, so Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) will have Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) to thank for that.
Brady is a man of his word, so he’ll dump Chloe, reunite with Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) and prepare for major backlash.
It’ll be tough for Brady to sell this Kristen reunion to his family and friends, but that’s what he’ll have to do.
Kristen doesn’t want anyone to know about the orchid blackmail – and the ball will be in her court since the women are going to need a future dose and booster of the miracle cure.
At the DiMera mansion, Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) will barge in and punch Johnny in the face.
There’ll be a showdown over Johnny’s infatuation with Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) before Johnny turns his attention to EJ’s office.
Unfortunately, Johnny will get busted while he’s snooping around. Days spoilers say Johnny will have to think fast and perhaps provide an excuse, but EJ may remain suspicious.
Johnny has teamed up with Wendy Shin (Victoria Grace) to get answers about Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) and score leverage.
However, Wendy will also get tangled up in a brother rivalry since both Tripp and Joey Johnson (Tanner Stine) will be smitten with her.
As for Gabi Hernandez-DiMera (Camila Banus), she’ll be heartbroken over the divorce papers that Stefan hands over.
On the bright side, Gabi should be able to find Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton) after a tip from Rafe.
Back with Eric, he’ll get some updates about his job at Basic Black.
It turns out Eric will play model for a while on a photoshoot that’s coming up – and Nicole will be dangerously modeling alongside him!
Xander and Sarah will also do something surprising together, so this should tie in with their future.
A bold move is on the way, so Sarah and Xander may find a new home.
Whether Xander and Sarah wind up at the Kiriakis mansion or their own apartment, they really need a chance to get out of the Salem Inn.
Over with Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun), she’ll plot EJ’s takedown. Although Ava will want Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) to join her revenge efforts, it looks like Gwen will force her to fly solo.
