General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) may be pregnant with Nikolas Cassadine’s (Marcus Coloma) baby, so the big reveal could stun Daddy Cassadine. Esme has a secret that’s a real game-changer, so let’s discuss some of the latest clues.
In the October 6 episode, Esme pitched a new strategy to Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom).
Although Esme knew it wasn’t part of their original plan, there was a new development that she felt could work in their favor.
Esme hinted about a weapon in her arsenal that could destroy the Cassadines and push Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) back in Ryan’s direction.
GH writers let the rest of the conversation happen offscreen, but Ryan was tickled pink over the genius tactic and understood that plans had to evolve.
Based on everything that was said, it’s certainly possible that Esme has a Cassadine bun in the oven.
Esme may have realized she was pregnant following her hookup with Nikolas.
After all, Esme is wearing a pretty bulky coat. Since Esme still hasn’t taken that ginormous coat off yet, we have to wonder what she might be hiding underneath.
Esme might have a small baby bump under there – one that will rock Nikolas to the core once he finds out the truth.
During the week of October 10-14, Nikolas will back Esme into a corner when he catches her at the Wyndemere safe.
Esme will be trying to score some money for supplies, but she’ll get caught in the act.
After Nikolas decides he’s calling the cops, Esme will make it clear that he shouldn’t do that.
It’s easy to imagine Esme opening her coat, revealing the baby bump and insisting Nik shouldn’t send the mother of his child to prison.
Esme may use this potential baby to secure her own protection for now, but she’ll hope to blow up as many Cassadine lives as she can in the long run.
Of course, we should also consider the possibility that Esme’s bombshell will be something else – like if she managed to get her hands on Nikolas’ recorded confession somehow.
No matter how this plays out, Ava will have a heated confrontation with Nikolas during the week of October 17-21.
