General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will ruin Nikolas Cassadine’s (Marcus Coloma) alibi, so Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) will learn the cover story and memory mystery truth.
GH fans know Nikolas came to Liz’s rescue with Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) and acted like they were together at the time of the attack.
Of course, that move honestly seemed to be more about protecting Nikolas himself than Liz!
Even so, Liz indeed benefited from Nikolas’ cover story, but she’ll continue to wrestle with guilt about what she might’ve done.
Viewers saw Elizabeth disoriented with a head wound before Ava got stabbed, but Liz has no way of nailing down the timing.
With that in mind, Liz will pay Ava a visit and make a confession.
General Hospital spoilers say Elizabeth will admit she can’t remember where she was or who she was with that night – not with any real certainty.
From Liz’s perspective, there was a window of opportunity where she might’ve gone off the rails and attacked Ava without realizing it.
Elizabeth won’t be able to account for her whereabouts at the time of Ava’s stabbing, so she’ll come clean – though Ava may seriously doubt Liz is capable of hooking her like that.
Nikolas, on the other hand, will suddenly have even more suspicion cast on him.
The fact that Nik lied and conveniently gave himself an alibi along with Elizabeth will no doubt unsettle Ava.
As for Liz, she’ll want to do whatever it takes to get to the bottom of her missing memories.
That includes the trauma Elizabeth buried in her past, even if the answers she gets are more painful than she ever could’ve imagined.
There’s a good chance Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) will help Liz on her journey of self-discovery, but Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will also provide support along the way.
Elizabeth has a tough battle ahead of her, but she’ll take the first steps forward soon enough.
