General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Thursday, December 8, teases that Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) will get a troubling invitation while Ava Jerome (Maura West) keeps her end of the bargain with Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom). Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will also deliver a plea to Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst), so there’ll be some big things happening in Port Charles.
First, Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) will refuse to let Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) stay at Wyndemere, so we’ll see if he blames the construction or something else. Regardless, Spencer will think it’s obvious that Nikolas doesn’t want him around.
That may be fine by Spencer since he’s still upset over Nikolas sleeping with Esme Prince (Avery Pohl), but Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) might put his foot down and demand a family holiday under one roof.
Spencer will end up asking a question that Nikolas doesn’t want to answer. Nikolas will choose to stay silent, so Spencer will act like the message has been received.
In Ireland, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) were ready to flee until someone mysterious appeared in front of them.
Anna and Valentin will quiz that person on Wednesday’s GH episode, so this could involve Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) and an explanation for how he tracked them down.
Martin will create a distraction, so he may help Valentin and Anna throw Agent Whitten (Mike Peebler) off the trail. From there, Martin may assist with the search for captive Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring)
Over with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), he’ll make some threats and expect loyalty from the character he’s blasting.
At some point, Sonny will warn Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) away from Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) again, so he may give Dex an attitude and remind him of what’s at stake.
At Spring Ridge, Ava will keep her end of the bargain when she arrives to take part in Ryan’s initial PCPD interview.
Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) will waste no time in interrogating Ryan about Esme and whether she’s capable of murder.
While Ryan contemplates that and blinks to reveal his answer, Liz and Finn will get into a major fight.
Finn will deliver a heartfelt plea to Elizabeth and hope she’ll let her walls down.
Although Elizabeth will face Finn’s pressure – especially when it comes to the prenatal vitamins and whatever conclusion Finn has jumped to – Liz won’t want to go in circles with him anymore.
Whether Liz gets accused of her own pregnancy or accused of helping Nik hide pregnant Esme, she’ll feel backed into a corner as Finn seeks a confession.
Next, Rory Cabrera (Michael Blake Kruse) will hope to keep the fun going strong after a three-month anniversary dinner with Trina.
When Rory delivers yet another invitation, it could leave Trina uncomfortable – particularly once she finds out Spencer was released early.
If Rory’s offer involves another night in a hotel, that could create some awkwardness since Trina still hasn’t slept with him and honestly doesn’t seem like she wants to.
It’s Spencer who Trina has been obsessing over, but he’s on the verge of lashing out in some wild ways!
