General Hospital Spoilers: Thursday, March 31 Update – Maxie’s Troubling News – Sam’s Plan Goes Wrong – Molly’s Awkward Situation

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Thursday, March 31, teases that Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will get some troubling news – and Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) plan will go wrong. Molly Lansing-Davis (Haley Pullos) will also land in an awkward situation, so some tight spots are coming up.

For starters, Sam will try to be a good friend to Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright). She’ll drag Carly to yoga class and hope the tranquility will be good for her.

Of course, Sam will expect this to be a Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros)-free zone, but guess who’ll come walking in with Maxie?

The sight of Nina will leave Sam wondering if Carly wants to head out, but Carly won’t let Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) other woman scare her off.

Things could be pretty uncomfortable for Nina as well, but she’ll mostly keep her eye on the prize.

Nina wants to score some visits with Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Viron Weaver) and hopes Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) could be her ticket to making those happen.

When Nina updates Maxie on her plan, it could bring some concerns.

Maxie may think Nina is putting too much faith in an ex-con who’s never even had that great of a relationship with Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen).

However, Harmony is trying to make progress with Willow now – and Nina will hope that Harmony can make progress for her, too.

In the meantime, Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) will meet with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and share the details of her legal plan.

Willow will be part of the conversation as well, so hopefully Diane can tell the two of them how she’s going to make the assault case go away.

As for Michael and Willow’s second legal dilemma, Diane might have a strategy for that, too.

Diane would rather keep the Wiley drama out of court if possible, but she’ll be prepared to go before a judge if it comes to that.

Speaking of going before a judge, that’s exactly what Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) will have to do.

Since Molly works for the DA’s office and will be part of the courtroom proceedings, she’ll face an uncomfortable encounter with Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner).

Molly has nothing against Trina and probably agrees that she’s innocent deep down.

Nevertheless, that’s not for Molly to decide.

Molly will hope Curtis can understand that the situation is tricky, so we’ll see them navigate the awkwardness as best as they can.

GH spoilers say Trina will have an important choice to make.

Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) will spell out Trina’s options and what they mean for her, but only Trina can decide her plea.

Since Trina has always been someone who’s willing to fight for what’s right, let’s hope she’ll continue to take a bold stand against these charges – no matter what deal might be on the table.

Trina has been framed by Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl), who’ll shock Spencer Cassadine (Nichola Chavez) with the news of Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) kidnapping.

Esme will act like everyone’s being a monster to her and will wonder what it’s going to take for people to believe her side of the story.

Spencer may remain torn, but Esme definitely seems to be making progress with Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma).

Now that Esme’s potential pregnancy – or at least her potential pregnancy claims – are no longer a secret, Nikolas may want to talk to Esme and Spencer about the possible Cassadine bun in the oven.

Over with Cameron Webber (William Lipton) and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), they’ll discuss Trina’s courtroom ordeal and their frustration over Esme’s setup.

Joss and Cam should remain in Trina’s corner, so perhaps they’ll consider a plan to turn the tables on Esme somehow.

General Hospital spoilers say Esme will get what she’s got coming sooner or later, so stay tuned to ABC’s GH!
