General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, October 20, tease that Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will scream over a discovery – and Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) will return with a shocking story. Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will also worry he’s made the wrong choice, so let’s talk about what’s coming up.
At the PCPD, Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) will be worried sick about Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring), so he’ll ask Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) if there’s any news about her.
Unfortunately, Jordan and Dante may not have any positive updates to report.
Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will remain convinced Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) had Lucy dealt with, so she’ll warn that she’ll make it her business to destroy him if he did!
Of course, GH fans just got a glimpse of a woman dragging herself through water, but that seems to be a Lucy fake-out.
Holly will have wet hair and similar clothes once she’s found, so that was just a clever way to set up her return.
At the Quartermaine mansion, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will ask how things are working with Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).
Since Valentin wants Michael back at ELQ, that could be what causes a big fight with Ned.
As for Willow, she’ll scream in horror over what she finds in the boathouse. That could be why Willow seems so shaken up in the weekly preview video.
Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) will comfort Willow, who’ll alert Michael to the boathouse situation.
Michael will arm himself and burst through the door, but he should soon find that the intruder is actually an exhausted Holly following her soaked ordeal.
Olivia will flip out and call Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) over to see his presumed dead ex, but Holly is obviously very much alive.
The last time GH viewers saw Holly, she was stuck in captivity. That means Holly should have quite a story to tell once she reunites with Robert.
Next, Epiphany Johnson (Sonya Eddy) will warn that she’s holding Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) personally responsible for something.
Since Epiphany will have some notecards in her hands, she may surrender to a date with Marshall and warn that she’ll blame him if she fails her MCATs.
Back at the police station, Rory Cabrera (Michael Blake Kruse) will sense that Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) perhaps doesn’t want to go away with him.
Trina will remain nervous about their comic book convention trip, but she may assure Rory that she wants to conquer her fears following the cabin fiasco.
At some point, Victor will quiz Trina, so he may ask why she hasn’t gone to see Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) yet.
Since a visit from Trina would lift Spencer’s spirits, Victor may give Trina a nudge in that direction.
Meanwhile, Curtis will open up to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and wonder if he made the right choice.
This could be about Curtis’ decision not to look into genetic testing since fall preview info suggested he’d change his mind about that.
Finally, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will get an offer and ultimately reject it.
Whether that involves a personal matter or perhaps Metro Court business, Nina will decide she’s not on board.
