General Hospital Spoilers: Tuesday, March 15 Recap – Jason To Be Declared Legally Dead – Luke Murder Evidence Puts Anna in Jeopardy

General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Tuesday, March 15, reveals that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) was set to be declared legally dead – and Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary) murder evidence put Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) in jeopardy. Here’s how all Tuesday’s drama went down.

At the Quartermaine mansion, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) was thrilled over receiving her expedited passport and kissed Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) as they celebrated their imminent Paris trip.

Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) interrupted and tried to convince Michael as well as Willow that it was best to keep Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) case out of court.

Sonny thought that by giving Nina some time with Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Viron Weaver), they could set the terms.

Michael argued that wasn’t what they wanted – and Willow backed him up on not trusting Nina around Wiley.

Sonny trusted Nina, but Michael felt that was the problem and accused Sonny of putting Nina above his family.

Sonny made a speech about how overwhelming everything had been upon his return home and tried to explain his decisions.

Sonny assured Michael that he’d always tried to do what was best as a father – just like he was trying to do now.

At the Port Charles Grill, Nina offered updates to Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West), who thought that Sonny was trying to impress Nina by going to bat for her.

Ava suggested that with Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) out of the way, Nina could get what she wanted.

Ava pushed Nina to admit wanting Sonny, but it wasn’t that simple for Nina since she’d seen another side of Sonny lately.

Just outside, Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) was pleased over the tarot card he found in Peter August’s (Wes Ramsey) belongings.

However, Victor told his henchman that if it didn’t work this time either, then Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) could have to be eliminated.

While Ava was quizzing Nina about Sonny’s issues, Victor waltzed over. Ava introduced him to Nina, so Victor realized this was his son’s ex-wife.

Nina pointed out that she couldn’t trust Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and hinted about seeing where he inherited that from.

At the hospital, Drew helped Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) get some stuck chips from the vending machines and heard about the latest crisis involving Jake.

Drew had no doubt Liz was a capable mom, but he offered to be there for her while she dealt with everything going on with her boys.

Meanwhile, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) spoke with Monica Quartermaine (Holly Kaplan) near the elevator and admitted he’d agreed to press pause on his relationship with Liz.

Monica talked about having a soft spot for Liz and mentioned her family connection through Jake.

Monica also surprised Finn by admitting she was once married to Jeff Webber (last played by Richard Dean Anderson), though they were both unfaithful and it didn’t end well.

That led to Monica’s concern over Jeff never being in the picture for Liz and her boys, but she guessed you never really knew what was going on within people’s families.

Soon after, Jake appeared after bailing on his psychiatrist appointment.

Finn convinced Monica to let him talk to Jake, who might want to admit things he couldn’t say to his grandmother.

In an exam room, Jake claimed he told his shrink he had to go to the bathroom and never went back.

Jake was tired of being accused of setting fire to Franco Baldwin’s (Roger Howarth) studio.

That led to Finn pointing out that Jake’s whereabouts were unaccounted for and pushing him to reveal where he was.

Finn hinted that maybe there was some other reason for that. Jake ultimately blurted out that he couldn’t tell Liz since she’d never forgive him.

After Monica learned from Liz that Jake might be dealing with some behavioral issues, she decided it wasn’t good to have all this ambiguity regarding Jason’s fate.

Monica then headed to the Q manse, where she informed Sonny, Michael and Willow that she was going to petition the court to have Jason declared legally dead.

In Innsbruck, Austria, Anna posed as an attorney representing a widow in hopes of proving Luke was murdered.

Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) played the widow and wailed loudly behind Anna, who spoke with the man at the office of transportation records.

The man was reluctant to let someone unauthorized look at the records, but Anna sold him a story about how she suspected her client’s husband actually ran off with his mistress.

Anna pushed for help getting closure by proving the guy wasn’t on board the cable car when it crashed.

Anna was finally granted access to some hard copies, so she looked through and found a 12-minute delay without a special note.

Felicia and Anna thought maybe the car had been deliberately held so that Luke – who had never been punctual a day in his life – would be on board.

After Victor got a phone call about Anna and Felicia digging around, he trusted his minion to handle it by any means necessary.

While Felicia was out of the room, Victor’s man came around the corner to approach Anna with his gun.

At Charlie’s Pub, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) joined Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers), Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) for a discussion about their plan to expose Victor’s agenda.

Laura’s dirty deputy mayor Eileen Ashby (Heather Mazur) – who also works for Victor – grew concerned since this appointment wasn’t on the books.

Eileen eventually confronted Laura, who acted like she was just catching up with friends.

When Eileen pushed Laura to disclose the meeting anyway, Laura admitted she had reason to believe Luke was murdered.

Laura trusted Eileen with this info and got her deputy mayor to confirm that they could keep this separate from the office.

Back with Victor, he called Drew and said it was important for them to meet in person.

General Hospital spoilers say Drew could be headed for more trouble than he realizes, so stay tuned.
