Tonight’s LPBW episode begins with Matt, he got the house staged, and the house has been not on the market for three months. He is happy with the luck, and so is Caryn, they are touring the house. The staging is expensive, there is a monthly fee for it and the house hasn’t gotten the attention that he had hoped it would get. Matt thinks he has to get creative, but now he is focused on his mom since his father passed away, he is concerned about her a lot, they were married for sixty-three years. His father didn’t like the drama in the family and wanted it to stop. Matt is happy that they could put their feelings aside and all visit their grandfather before he passed away.

At Amy’s house, the heatwave is hitting them hard, so Amy and Chris sit with their feet in the kiddie pool to cool down. They talk about Matt’s father, she says they were close to Ron. She is also happy that the kids were there for Matt and to see Ron one last time. They talk about their birthdays, they want to do a joint birthday get-together. Little does Chris know, he thinks he is going to a surprise birthday party for Art Fletcher, but it is really for him. Both Amy and Chris are turning sixty.

Zach, Tori, and the kids are outside when Matt shows up for a visit. Sometimes when Matt shows up it is awkward, but everyone keeps the peace for the family. Matt is redoubling his efforts to check in on the kids as much as possible. Zach likes showing his dad around and showing him all the things he is building on his land. Josiah is Brough out after his nap, and he is a little grumpy. Matt holds Josiah. He is really alert, and Matt thinks he is going to give Jackson a run for his money.

Tori is so grateful for Matt making the effort to see the kids. He is on his way to Arizona to check in on his mother. Matt says it meant a lot to his father when they visited him.

Zach is concerned about Honey because she and his grandfather were married for over sixty years, that’s a long time. Matt says goodbye to everyone, gets in the car, and leaves.

Amy arrives at the venue for Chris’ birthday, not a lot has been done and everyone is arriving in a couple of hours. She told him that she was going to the bank, she has to head back, and she doesn’t want him to be suspicious. She knows in the end everything is going to fall into place. Amy thinks if she can pull this off it is a miracle.

Zach, Tori, and the kids are at the lake. Jackson always wanted to swim, but he is still hesitant. Lilah on the other hand just wants to go and Tori has to hold her back. Tori and Zach talk about Lilah and how she is slow in talking, but their Pediatrician is not concerned about it they are going to wait and see what happens.

Chris and Amy arrive at the party, he is so surprised. His sister is these, and that is a delightful surprise because she lives over six hours away. Chris is so overwhelmed with emotion. Before the evening ends, Chris’ sister, Tammy, goes up and speaks, saying she is so happy for him and loves him, he means the world to her, and she is so grateful for Amy. Chris was really touched by things his sister said, that she never said before. Chris says a day like his reminds him how happy he is that he married Amy.

THE END!
