The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) could shoot John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) in a mistaken identity twist. Will Sheila target Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) and hit her own son instead? Let’s consider the clues and try to figure out where this hot plot is headed next.
For starters, the show has been hyping up some big “twist” that’s going to shake things up.
Since they’ve repeatedly referred to it that way, we should keep in mind what a “twist” really means.
If Sheila threatens Thomas and then shoots him, that’s not a twist. That’d be the expected result considering who Sheila is and what she’s promising.
A twist means something unexpected – and a case of mistaken identity might fit the bill!
We also know Sheila deserves a good dose of payback at this point. Sheila is out of control and likely being set up for a karmic fall of her own.
Now let’s consider this shady little alley set that the show’s now using. There are bound to be more scenes out in that alley behind Il Giardino.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Sheila will level a deadly threat at one Forrester family member.
Maybe Sheila will eventually decide that she can’t afford to take chances when it comes to Thomas.
Sheila might resolve to take Thomas out – ending this alliance once and for all.
Meanwhile, B&B spoilers say Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will make a discovery that leads to disaster.
Steffy will find out Sheila’s secret about pushing Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) off the wagon and could express concern to Finn about Thomas’ safety.
That could lead to Finn deciding to confront Sheila himself and heading to that alley.
It’s reasonable to think Sheila could pull the trigger on Finn – perhaps in the dark when he could be mistaken for Thomas in a split-second decision.
The twist could be that Sheila shoots her own beloved son in a horrifying blunder!
That would line up with other spoilers about a family rallying around a loved one.
The show’s been all about the “Tridge” family lately, so Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye), Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) and Thomas could all rally around Steffy while she waits to see if hospitalized Finn will be OK.
The ordeal could bring Taylor and Ridge even closer – much to Brooke’s dismay.
This could also lead to the revived love triangle rumblings that have been popping up about Steffy, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle).
With Finn down for the count, Liam would be someone for Steffy to lean on.
As for Sheila, she could potentially try to cover-up her role in Finn’s fate.
Regardless, B&B spoilers say Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) will face a major shocker – and that could mean finding the aftermath of Sheila’s shooting in that alley.
In other words, all the spoilers so far could line up with this idea of Sheila accidentally shooting Finn in a tragic twist of fate.
It’s at least an option to consider as the show builds to a big reveal!
