The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Thursday, September 1 Recap – Deacon’s Phone Blunder – Sheila Finds Finn During Bar Visit

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Thursday, September 1, reveals that Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) found John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) during her bar visit after Deacon Sharpe’s (Sean Kanan) phone blunder.

At Deacon’s place, he warned Sheila not to get cocky about that disguise since he was drunk and Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) thought she looked familiar.

Deacon also realized his phone was dead on Thursday’s B&B Episode, so he grumbled about needing it for work and plugged it in.

Once Deacon told Sheila not to do anything that’d put them back in prison, he acknowledged her love for her son.

That said, it was too dangerous for Sheila to see Finn, so he ordered her to be good and stay hidden.

After Deacon left, Sheila discovered his forgotten phone and tried to call out after him from the doorway.

When Sheila was unsuccessful, she put her disguise on and made her way to the bar.

At Il Giardino, Finn had a nice meal with Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda), who was surprised he picked this restaurant under the circumstances.

Finn wasn’t going to let what happened there define him – and besides, they had the best ravioli in LA!

Li marveled over Finn always keeping this kind warmth about him despite what he’d been through.

After Finn expressed gratitude to Li for saving his life, he acknowledged his complex feelings about Sheila now that she was gone.

When Sheila showed up after Finn’s wedding, it was the best day of his life.

Finn then faced one nightmare after another and ultimately realized he couldn’t find the good in Sheila – only darkness.

Li was glad they were finally free of Sheila, who was pure evil in her eyes.

After Finn and Li expressed their love for each other, he said they never had to worry about Sheila again.

At Brooke Forrester’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) house, she was upset over Douglas Forrester (Django Ferri) spending another night at the Forrester mansion and worried Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) had no intention of bringing him home.

Hope was trying to give Thomas the benefit of the doubt and didn’t want this to turn into a messy custody battle – especially for Douglas’ sake.

Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) argued that Hope would win that battle, but she countered that he didn’t know that for sure.

Hope also mentioned how Thomas wanted her to come see Douglas at the Forrester mansion, so she was taking him up on the offer with a surprise visit.

Once Hope was gone, Liam worried that Thomas would take advantage of Hope’s ability to forgive and convince her that he should keep Douglas.

Although Thomas had changed on some level, Brooke suggested deep down Thomas was still in love with Hope and obsessed with her.

Liam supported the idea of Hope going over there to see for herself what the deal was with Thomas and Douglas.

At the Forrester mansion, Douglas showed off his new art and mentioned how all his paints were gone when he got home.

That left Douglas thinking maybe the housekeepers threw them away accidentally, so Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) was able to keep her paint war with Brooke under wraps.

Douglas thanked Eric Forrester (John McCook) for letting him stay there, but Eric made it clear that he was welcome for as long as his parents allowed.

After sending Douglas off to finish his reading, Thomas talked about how he didn’t want to be apart from his son another day.

Eric worried about a custody battle, but Thomas thought he could help Hope see this is where Douglas belonged.

When Hope arrived, she found Taylor hugging Thomas and telling him that he could provide a loving home for Douglas.

Taylor excused herself so that Hope could talk to Thomas, who was grateful to Hope for giving him this chance.

Once Douglas appeared, he embraced Hope and said he missed her along with Liam and Beth Spencer (River Davidson).

However, Douglas was having so much fun at Eric’s place and thanked Hope for letting him stay there.

Back at Il Giardino, Finn hugged Deacon and offered his gratitude. The doc felt that Deacon had saved his life and his whole world by calling 911.

Deacon downplayed his contribution since he was just in the right place at the right time, but Finn was adamant that he played a role in the miracle.

While Deacon and Finn were talking, Sheila showed up near the bar in disguise and waved Deacon’s phone at him.

Deacon suddenly seemed on edge, so Finn asked if something was wrong and turned in Sheila’s direction to look.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Sheila will make plenty more trouble for Deacon, so don’t miss what’s in store.
