The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) may need some bedroom comfort. Adam’s hotel visit could bring these exes dangerously close, so let’s talk about how things might play out.
For starters, we should point out that Chelsea has started to settle down a bit lately.
Chelsea seems to have a better grip on her emotions, but now she’s just plain sad over her disaster of a life.
The worst part is Chelsea knows she made this mess herself. Chelsea shouldn’t have been so pushy about telling Johnny Abbott (Paxton Mishkind) and Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) the truth about their half-brother status.
Although Chelsea hoped Johnny would embrace her as his bio mom, he pushed her away instead.
Now Connor has turned against Chelsea too, so it’s easy to see why she’s so distraught.
Chelsea really should’ve thought this through and turned to a professional for help first.
All Chelsea can do now is wallow in her misery, but she won’t have to wallow alone!
Of course, Adam can relate to blowing up his own life and regretting it later.
Y&R fans know Adam is in a similar boat since he thought he was doing the right thing with Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) when he dumped her.
Adam was trying to protect Sally’s career path, but he ultimately hurt her with lies and shattered their trust.
Now Sally won’t take Adam back and is struggling with feelings for Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), so Adam has made a mess of his own.
When Adam shows up to check on Chelsea during the week of October 24-28, he’ll seem upset as well.
Chelsea may sense that they’re brokenhearted kindred spirits and invite Adam to stay in her suite for a while.
Once Adam and Chelsea lean on each other, could it also lead to comfort in bed?
It’s reasonable to think Chelsea and Adam might reconnect over their mutual pain and hit the sheets.
In other words, Adam and Chelsea might decide to be messy together and indulge in some comforting passion.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Adam may still have a shot with Sally after all, but he could complicate things even further if he sleeps with Chelsea!
