Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Friday, July 7, reveal that Dimitri von Leuschner (Peter Porte) will have so much to celebrate now that Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) has decided to accept his marriage proposal.
Although this started out as a simple scheme, Gwen’s support at the hospital meant a lot to Dimitri and seems to have stirred up some real feelings.
Of course, Dimitri’s priority is getting his hands on his massive inheritance, but he’ll consider it a nice bonus that Gwen is so caring and that she’s earned Megan DiMera’s (Miranda Wilson) approval.
Speaking of Megan, her sudden disappearance will spark questions and outrage.
Days spoilers say Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) will face EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) and Kate Roberts Brady’s (Lauren Koslow) grilling session since she’s handcuffed to Megan’s hospital bed.
Gabi will explain how Megan pulled off her escape and left her stuck in her place.
Megan will avoid landing behind bars again thanks to her vanishing act, so EJ, Kate and Gabi will all be furious.
You can bet Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) will be livid over Megan’s sneaky move too, but she’ll be busy confronting an intruder in the meantime.
Kristen just caught Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) digging around the DiMera mansion, so he’ll have some explaining to do.
Leo may admit he’s trying to score dirt on Dimitri and Megan so that Gwen will turn down the marriage proposal.
However, Kristen will still feel the need to deliver a fierce threat on Friday’s DOOL episode.
Since Leo aka “Lady Whistleblower” isn’t exactly the most trustworthy person in Salem, Kristen may warn him not to play any additional games – at least not ones that could blow back on her!
Regardless, it looks like Leo will confront Dimitri with proof he’s uncovered, so he’ll back Dimitri into a corner and set the stage for a confession.
Other Days spoilers say Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) will struggle with her emotions, so she’ll end up crying in Eric Brady’s (Greg Vaughan) arms.
Perhaps Nicole will feel guilty for thinking the worst of EJ when Megan was sending her bogus texts.
Nicole might blame herself for not reporting EJ missing and believing he’d just abandon her as well as the baby like that.
Although Nicole told EJ that she loved him once he finally scored his freedom from the DiMera secret room,
it’s clear that her heart still belongs to Eric. That’ll weigh on Nicole and could contribute to the waterworks she’ll turn on.
While Eric consoles Nicole in her time of need, Belle Brady (Martha Madison) will find Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) drowning his sorrows again.
Days spoilers say Belle will try to convince Shawn that he needs help, but he’ll keep pushing her away and self-destructing in the process.
At the pier, Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) will stop by Abe Carver’s (James Reynolds) memorial shrine to bid him farewell with some heartfelt words.
Now that Roman’s received updates on the sad news, he’ll feel the need to say goodbye.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Abe obviously isn’t gone for good, but his loved ones will continue to grieve until the truth comes out.
