Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers recap for Friday, April 21, reveals that Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) had a nightmare that her parents were dead and woke up startled at the hotel in Greece. Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) reassured Stephanie since he truly believed they would find Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) and Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) alive today.
In the wine cellar, Bo Brady (Peter Reckell) insisted Kayla was coming with him since he’d found a Titan lab for her to make the serum in.
After Bo threatened Steve and forced him to stay put, he dragged Kayla off to the lab and put her to work.
Kayla grabbed Bo and tried to break through to the real him, but he ultimately shoved her away and stuck to his goal of building a Kiriakis empire.
Bo locked Kayla in the lab so she could focus on making the serum and said he’d be back tomorrow.
After Chad and Stephanie checked in with Hope Williams Brady (Kristian Alfonso) and Harris Michaels (Steve Burton), they wound up searching the deserted Titan building and had one door left.
While Stephanie picked the lock on Friday’s Days episode, Kayla armed herself with something from the lab and planned to knock Bo out.
Chad entered first and nearly got bashed in the head, but Kayla lowered her weapon and pulled Stephanie into a warm embrace.
Although Stephanie and Kayla had a wonderful reunion, Stephanie remained concerned about Steve and wondered where he was.
Back in the wine cellar on Friday’s DOOL show, Steve banged on the door and voiced his frustration over being stuck there.
At the hotel again, Harris was clearly battling guilt over his deception and eventually admitted he had something to tell Hope.
Once Harris explained that he lied about Victor Kiriakis’ (John Aniston) childhood home being deserted, he insisted Hope should go on her own and see what was there for herself.
Harris kissed a confused Hope before she left and muttered out a goodbye once he was alone.
After Hope entered Victor’s old family residence and called out, she heard something behind her.
Hope drew her weapon before realizing Bo had walked through the door, so she was stunned at the sight of him.
At Statesville on Friday’s Days episode, Andrew Donovan (Colton Little) paid Megan Hathaway (Miranda Wilson) a late-night visit and threatened to call off the deal she made with the ISA.
Since Megan lied about Thomas Banks (Eileen Davidson) kidnapping Kayla, Andrew warned that she’d be transferred somewhere far worse if she didn’t tell the truth this time.
After Andrew pushed Megan to cooperate so she could stay at Statesville, she seemed to understand the jig was up and prepared to come clean.
Once Megan made an offscreen confession, she called Harris and warned him to run away with Hope if he wanted any chance with her.
Harris insisted it was too late for both of them since he’d already accepted defeat.
When Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) stopped by John Black’s (Drake Hogestyn) townhouse, he talked about scattering Kate Roberts Brady’s (Lauren Koslow) ashes in Ireland before going off the grid for a while.
John admitted he had some news and hinted about it being complicated before Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) appeared.
Roman reeled over Marlena and Kayla’s survival before learning Kate was also alive before getting killed again.
Roman realized the ashes were fake and asked about Kate’s body, but it hadn’t been found on the island yet. There was also talk about Harris and whether he could truly be trusted.
Next on Friday’s Days episode, Andrew arrived at the townhouse with updates since Megan had seemingly divulged the real kidnapper.
Although the story was unbelievable, Andrew was inclined to believe she was telling the truth.
Once Andrew revealed that Uncle Bo was the person who took Kayla, he caught Roman, John and Marlena off guard.
