General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) may find herself in need of some serious help. GH fans can expect a prison break involving Esme, Heather Webber (Alley Mills) and Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom), but it’s tough to believe Esme would go with the two of them by choice!
Esme has already been wary of Heather since she’s coming on awfully strong.
Of course, Esme has also received repeated warnings about Ryan and how dangerous he is.
Since Esme has amnesia and is facing enough legal problems, she stands a better chance of being a hostage than a willing fugitive.
Esme may be kidnapped from prison, so who will save her from her lunatic parents – particularly Heather since she’s so obsessed with making up for lost time?
Cameron Webber (William Lipton) could potentially take on a heroic role soon enough.
Ryan will be focused on other things besides Esme, so Cam will mostly have to worry about Heather if he indeed gets involved here.
Remember how Heather showed up at Kelly’s during her previous escape?
Heather might show up there with Esme this time around and cross paths with Cameron once again.
Since Cameron and Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) had such a close bond, Heather has a soft spot for Cam.
That could put him in a good position to help Esme and potentially even deliver her baby once she goes into labor.
Amnesiac Esme already likes Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) for all the kindness Liz showed her at the hospital, so now she may latch onto Cam as her knight in shining armor.
It makes sense to pull Elizabeth’s son into the story now, especially since Cam needs a new love interest.
It seems likely Esme and Cameron will become a couple sooner or later.
Despite all the negative history, Cam’s struggling right now and may be willing to open his heart to this new-and-improved version of Esme in time.
Until then, Cameron may be able to keep Heather calm during the prison break mayhem and rescue Esme from a risky situation.
