General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) will soon be a free woman, so she’ll be able to go anywhere she pleases in Port Charles. That’ll bring opportunities for Esme to run into old enemies while she’s roaming around town.
GH fans know Esme recently received a letter from Heather Webber (Alley Mills), but the show left fans hanging on what that letter said.
That surely means it was important, so there’s a chance Esme’s memory was triggered off screen.
Perhaps Heather managed to say something that opened the floodgates and allowed Esme to remember everything she’s been missing.
It makes sense for Esme to remember right as this new chapter of freedom begins.
The show may eventually let viewers in the loop on this huge change, but that can come as a big reveal a little later.
Regardless, it could change Esme’s interactions once she’s outside Spring Ridge and running into faces that are now familiar to her.
During the week of March 27-31, Ava Jerome (Maura West) will have a shocking encounter with an enemy.
We’ll see Ava cross paths with a foe, so she may be startled to see Esme out in the wild again!
Esme might thank Ava for coming to her rescue with Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) in the woods and apologize for any pain she caused in the past.
Perhaps Esme will act contrite and hope that maybe Ava can find it in her heart to forgive her.
Of course, this could just be Esme’s act and another way to mess with Ava.
You can bet Ava would find an encounter like this unsettling, especially since she knows how manipulative Ryan’s spawn can be.
Ava never fully believed Ryan had locked-in syndrome and may have her doubts about Esme’s amnesia once this potential run-in happens.
It could leave Ava worried that Esme is faking it and plotting her next move – just like Ryan would in this situation.
Once Ava gets updates on Esme’s freedom, she may consider it deeply troubling news.
Esme could be up to her old tricks in no time, so Ava will want to stay on guard.
