General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the next two weeks, May 1 to May 12, tease that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will jump out of hiding to protect his fellow rescuers. While Valentin risks Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnessy) wrath during the week of May 1-5, Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) will make things worse.
Scott will go against Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) advice and get the WSB involved, so the clock will be ticking.
The bureau could wipe out the entire island – including all the hostages – if they decide it’s the best strategy to prevent the release of the pathogen.
Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) will call in a favor, so she may reach out to Frisco Jones (Jack Wagner) for help in this time of crisis.
Meanwhile, Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) will face moments of total terror as Laura Collins (Genie Francis) makes a daring move.
There’ll be a rather horrifying situation for Laura that most likely involves Helena Cassadine’s (Constance Towers) ghost, so that’ll certainly keep things interesting in Greenland!
Back in Port Charles, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will have a secret meeting with Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) and once again stress the importance of keeping her SEC tip anonymous.
There’ll be a lot at stake for Nina, especially after Willow Corinthos’ (Katelyn MacMullen) health takes a turn for the worse.
Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will panic once Willow’s knocking on death’s door, but it could bring a mother-daughter breakthrough.
Willow will face a difficult decision and request something special just before Nina makes a vow.
It sounds like Willow might make peace with Nina and get a promise from her, but Willow won’t realize Nina’s the one who turned in Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).
However, it looks like Willow will indeed be brought in the loop on Michael’s secret.
Michael will acquire the proof needed to take Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) down thanks to Dex Heller (Evan Hofer), but Willow will apparently warn him not to use it.
During the week of May 8-12, Michael and Willow will try to savor whatever time together they have left, but good news is on the way.
GH spoilers say the rescue effort will pay off once Anna and Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) join the party, so it won’t be long until the captives are headed home.
It sounds like Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) will return for the bone marrow transplant in the nick of time, so that’ll give Michael something to celebrate and leave him less interested in revenge.
Since Michael has been pulling away from the Sonny payback plot anyway, it seems he’ll choose to let it go.
General Hospital spoilers say Michael will make a major decision that throws Dex off his game.
Dex may be trapped in the mob if Michael doesn’t move forward, so could that leave him tempted to take matters into his own hands and release the Sonny evidence anyway?
As for the other hostages who’ll make it off The Haunted Star, Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay) will most likely get a clean bill of health following the kidnapping drama.
Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) will race to Ace’s side and share a heartfelt reunion with him. Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will also express her gratitude, so she seems poised to get a reunion of her own with Trina.
Next, Scott will feel a great sense of relief, so he’ll be happy for updates on Liesl’s safe return as well.
We should note that someone’s body will be recovered, so that could be Victor’s since we know this is his exit storyline.
Victor might become a victim of his own pathogen or die another way as this Greenland chaos winds down.
As for the insider trading fiasco, Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) will continue to insist he’s innocent while Nina grows worried about the potential of getting busted.
Tracy Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) will form a theory and do some snooping, so there’s a chance she’ll crack the case and expose the truth sooner or later.
Finally, Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) will reach out to Selina Wu (Lydia Look), so that should be about trying to fix this mess involving Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) and the setup she’s created.
General Hospital spoilers say Cody will be determined to clear his name and make Sasha understand, so stay tuned.
