General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) may face another romantic curveball. Now that Spencer and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) are finally on the same page about their feelings, they’re both hopeful about this new chapter together.
Unfortunately, Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) is planning a new chapter of his own – a sinister one that’ll no doubt require Spencer’s involvement.
Ever since Victor returned to Port Charles, he’s been hinting about some grand plan.
Victor needs the Cassadines to band together on this mysterious plot, but it’s no secret that the number of Cassadines is dwindling.
Assuming Nikolas Cassadine’s (Adam Huss) death sticks, he can no longer be part of the vision Victor had in mind.
Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) is another Cassadine who we can probably rule out, too.
Although Valentin is merely faking his death, it’s doubtful he’ll let Victor gain the upper hand on him again.
Valentin has become a Cassadine that Victor can’t control, which certainly isn’t what he needs.
Spencer, on the other hand, impressed Victor by using leverage against his own father.
The fact that Spencer was willing to go after custody of Nikolas and Esme Prince’s (Avery Pohl) baby left Victor beaming with pride.
Although Spencer now feels guilty for letting himself become a pawn in Esme and Ryan Chamberlain’s (Jon Lindstrom) game, that’s something Victor can perhaps use to his advantage.
Spencer is vulnerable now, so he may be more susceptible to Victor’s push for family loyalty.
Since Spencer is really the only Cassadine left to manipulate, Victor is probably going to make him miserable.
GH fans know Victor’s plan has something to do with the Ice Princess and a code that needs cracking.
Laura Collins (Genie Francis) and Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) will keep working on that, but Spencer may eventually hear the details of Victor’s plan from the man himself.
General Hospital spoilers say Victor’s full scheme will indeed be revealed soon, so Spencer may want no part of it once he gets the scoop.
You can bet it’ll be something devious, dangerous and maybe even deadly.
Spencer needs Trina to see the good in him, but Victor will inevitably try to bring out the worst possible version.
If Spencer tries to resist getting caught up in all this, Victor could hit him where it hurts.
There’s nothing on earth that matters more to Spencer than Trina, so Victor may threaten her and get Spencer to do his dirty work as a result.
Victor doesn’t have the Cassadine army he wants backing him up, so he at least needs Spencer to commit to helping him.
Since Spencer may not make that commitment willingly, Victor could force him into it. If Spencer doesn’t obey orders, Trina may pay the price!
Victor has proven he’s not above threatening lives if need be, so Spencer may find himself terrified for Trina’s safety.
Until Spencer can figure out a different solution, he may have no choice but to do Victor’s bidding.
General Hospital spoilers say Spencer will get updates on Victor’s evil scheme soon, so he’d better brace for bad news!
