General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, June 28, reveal that Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will express total confidence in Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton). After Maxie insists she trusts Brook Lynn with her life, BLQ could battle some guilt about secretly snooping for Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) at Deception.
Meanwhile, Tracy will talk about a miscarriage of justice, but she may not actually be sorry about Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) time behind bars.
After all, Tracy recently tried to accuse Drew of intentionally shoving Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) and called for his arrest!
The surveillance footage thankfully cleared Drew’s name in that situation, but he’s still facing three years in Pentonville for insider trading.
Drew will discuss that news with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) on Wednesday’s show and will ask how they’re going to break this to Scout Cain (Cosette Abinante).
Sam may argue that Drew should figure it out since he’s the one who made the plea deal that went wrong!
Now Drew’s going to miss a huge chunk of Scout’s life, so he’ll have to find a way to explain this to his devastated daughter.
Although Drew will take the lead here, Sam will also try to help Scout cope with this tough family crisis.
Over with Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner), she’ll push Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) to tell her why she’s been summoned.
Lucy will open up about her suspicions regarding Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) and will hire Felicia to spy on him.
While Felicia prepares to watch Martin and do some digging behind his back, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will have a tense conversation with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy).
During that discussion, it’ll become clear to Carly that Joss thinks she made a mistake by not turning in Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).
Josslyn may admit it was Carly’s decision to make, but she might also contend that Sonny is far more deserving of prison than Drew.
Nevertheless, what’s done is done, so Carly will just have to hang in there and try to figure out a path forward while Drew’s locked up.
At some point on Wednesday’s GH episode, Carly will face some horrible updates.
That could tie in with Avery Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola) since a frantic Pilar (Brenda Barberena) just approached Ava Jerome (Maura West) in the park and declared that Avery disappeared.
Ava will seem terrified as she explains to Detective Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and a couple of police officers that someone has taken her daughter.
Of course, there’s more than meets the eye when it comes to this scary ordeal. It looks like Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) arranged this to make sure Pilar got sacked as Avery’s nanny.
Since Ava clearly isn’t the loop on Austin’s deception just yet, she’s sure to rip into him once she realizes this was all a scam.
In the meantime, Sonny will make “Eddie Maine” aka Ned an offer that he can’t refuse. “Eddie” is ready to be free and live life on the road, but Sonny’s pitch about reviving his music career will prove too tempting to pass up.
General Hospital spoilers say Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will hope “Eddie” never remembers her SEC snitching, but Ned will no doubt have a memory flood somewhere down the line!
