Tonight’s Hell’s Kitchen episode begins with the final five and they couldn’t be happier now that they have their black jackets; Dafne, Sommer, Alex, Alejandro, and Cheyenne.

The next, the chefs arrive in the kitchen and there is a giant conveyer bold from allegiant.com. Gordon tells them they travel around the world, and that a great chef should be able to do anything with any ingredients. The chefs randomly choose flight numbers to get their ingredients. Sommer gets Key West, Florida – Alejandro gets Austin, Texas – Dafne gets Boston, MA – Cheyenne gets New Orleans, LA and Alex gets San Francisco, CA. Marino helps with the bags, the chefs have 45 minutes to grab their bags and make an amazing dish. Alex is freaking out because he has never worked with crabs and he has to live with ones that he needs to be creative with.

To help him judge the dishes, Gordon has brought in Michael Cimarusti, owner of Chef Of Providence and winner of two James Beard awards.

Alex is up first, he made Dungeness Crab Salad, and Alex pulls it off. Alejandro made steak with jonnycake, he doesn’t beat Alex. Sommer is next, she made Mahi-Mahi, and she beats Alex. Cheyenne made Jambalaya, she beats Sommer. Dafne is last, she made corn chowder with Beer Battered Cod. Cheyenne is the winner of this competition. For the win, Cheyenne gets to go on an off-road vehicle and she gets to bring someone on the VIP ride, she chooses Sommer. There is another exciting prize in the dorms for them, they get an OXO cooking set each.

The women flip the vehicle, three times and when they return to the kitchen Sommer says they nearly died, to which Alejandro asks, “is there a reason why you talk so much.” Awkward!

Time for dinner service, Gordon lets his chefs know that he considers them his fab five and expects a lot from them.

Actress Tia Mowry will be dining at the chef’s table. Bad start, lobster is served up that is ice cold. Gordon loses it when one scallop forgets it, he calls the five to the pass and tells them to get it together. The blame is going on Cheyenne, she is on the fish station.

Dafne sees up garnish and it is ice cold. Over 90 minutes into a problem dinner service and there is another problem. Gordon calls the fab five in the back room and says he has no idea what is going on. He tells them it is embarrassing, they are not united as a team. Cheyenne is definitely tanking tonight, so Alex steps up his leadership role to get things back on track.

Chef Gordon ends up booting the fab five out of the kitchen before the dinner service is over and tells them to choose to people to nominate for eviction.

The two people are Cheyenne because the fish station went down, and the second nominee is Dafne because she had no voice. Dafne is told to get her act together and get back in line. Cheyenne is sent home, and Gordon gives her kudos for being so good though at 21 years old.

THE END!
