The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Wednesday, April 5, reveals that Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) talked to Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) about Sheila Carter’s (Kimberlin Brown) capture and the news of Ridge Forrester’s (Thorsten Kaye) return.
After Brooke assured Hope that she was putting her friendship with Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) first, she talked about how much she admired Hope’s loyalty to Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton).
Brooke reflected on the “slut of the valley” nickname she’d earned and confessed to being drawn to bad boys in the past.
Since Hope wasn’t like that, Brooke talked about how proud she was of her.
Although Brooke still seemed a little uneasy over Hope working with Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson), Hope insisted she was excited about the line and said things just kept getting better.
Next on Wednesday’s B&B episode, Thomas found Ridge in the CEO office and acknowledged his cycle of hurting people, trying to get better, screwing up and apologizing again.
Even so, Thomas felt that he was truly becoming a better person this time.
Ridge admitted that Thomas disappointed him and broke his heart, but he didn’t want to be estranged from his son.
Thomas promised to prove to everyone that he was a better man and that he could be a son that Ridge would be proud of.
After Thomas said he loved Ridge so much, they shared an emotional father-son hug.
Later, Thomas interrupted Hope’s conversation with Brooke since it was time for the fitting they’d scheduled earlier.
Brooke decided to check on Ridge in his office while Hope changed into the gown Thomas had designed.
Once Hope stepped around the screen, she peeked around again and looked at Thomas with his back turned.
Once Brooke caught up with Ridge, she praised his heroic efforts to bring Sheila down.
Ridge and Brooke also discussed Thomas’ collaboration with Hope, which was going well so far.
At Il Giardino, Liam complained about Hope thinking Thomas had changed and griped over how many hours they were putting in together.
Liam asked Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) if he was being too controlling or unreasonable, but Wyatt thought his brother was just being a protective husband.
Although Liam trusted Hope, he certainly didn’t trust Thomas due to his previous pattern of behavior.
Wyatt assumed Liam would still be keeping an eye on Thomas, so that gave Liam the idea to rush over to Forrester Creations and check on the situation.
In the design office, Hope got on the riser and let Thomas touch her so he could make some adjustments to the gown she was wearing.
Hope was glad to have Thomas back at Hope for the Future and wished she could convince Brooke as well as Liam to believe in their partnership.
After Thomas insisted they were just working together and that’s all, he said nothing was going to happen.
Hope asked if Thomas was certain that no thoughts were entering his head. Although Brooke had a thing for bad boys, Hope made it clear that she didn’t.
Suddenly, Hope lost her balance and took a tumble. Thomas cushioned Hope’s fall, but they ended up all tangled up together on the sofa when Liam appeared.
“Hey! What the hell is going on here?!” Liam yelled as he entered and saw the partners with their hands all over each other.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Hope and Thomas will face some serious backlash over this mishap, so stay tuned for updates on how it’ll affect the line.
