The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Monday, April 17, tease that Paul “Hollis” Hollister (Hollis W. Chambers) will hold out hope for a future with Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang). Hollis has been flirting with Brooke again and wants to take her out for a casual second date since one kiss just wasn’t enough.
Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) has been watching Hollis’ efforts to win Brooke over and seems to really be rooting for him.
Of course, that may be partly because Taylor would like to keep Brooke distracted and away from Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye)!
Regardless, Hollis is awaiting Brooke’s answer, so she’ll have to reveal whether she’s on board with this second date or not.
No matter what Brooke decides, it’s obvious that Brooke and Hollis aren’t going to be some amazing new couple.
Although Brooke is doing her best to stick to her pact with Taylor, her heart still belongs to Ridge deep down.
That’s bound to create more complications as time goes on, so Taylor and Brooke’s friendship could blow up in a big way down the road.
In the meantime, Brooke will have something else on her mind and will turn to Taylor as a confidant.
Since Brooke will be worried about Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle), she’ll give Taylor updates on some of her concerns.
B&B fans know Hope put Brooke on full blast recently over her history of jumping from man to man.
Brooke can tell Hope’s rebelling against the idea of being like her mom and falling for bad boys.
All this bad boy talk has left Brooke fearful about Hope’s partnership with Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) and the messy feelings that might be in play.
Brooke will open up to Taylor about the situation and fret over Hope’s marriage to Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton), but Taylor may offer reassurance – at least to Brooke’s face.
In the aftermath, Taylor might have some concerns of her own and pay Thomas a visit to remind him of how much is at stake.
Although Taylor believes Thomas has changed, she may fear he could backslide if Hope starts to show interest on her end.
Regardless, The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Brooke will deliver some unsettling news about Hope, so Taylor will have a chance to react to it and determine her next move.
