The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) and Brooke Logan’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) solid friendship can’t last forever. There’s no juicy drama if Brooke and Taylor just keep getting along until the end of time.
From the get-go, Taylor and Brooke’s bond was destined to break.
It was just easier for the two of them to fool themselves into thinking they could be pals when Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) wasn’t around!
Now Ridge is back – and so is RJ Forrester (Joshua Hoffman), the child that Ridge and Brooke share. B&B spoilers suggest that could lead to bad news on Taylor’s side of things.
It’s been wonderful for Brooke and Ridge to have RJ home, but Taylor can already see that a “Bridge” reunion is almost certainly in the works.
At this point, Taylor understands that Brooke and Ridge will likely get back together, so she’s focusing on the real key to the pact.
Taylor expects Brooke to put their friendship first and be upfront with her about any new romantic developments.
In other words, Taylor could probably accept Brooke’s reunion with Ridge if she’d just be honest about her feelings and what she wants.
Instead, Brooke may go behind Taylor’s back and stir up some trouble.
This seems like the prime opportunity for Brooke to pretend she’s staying strong against temptation.
Brooke might assure Taylor that she’s only interested in Ridge platonically – even though that’s far from the case.
Once Brooke plays up how she doesn’t want to damage their friendship by getting back in bed with Ridge, she may do that very thing.
This could easily lead to Taylor catching Brooke and Ridge in the bedroom at some point.
Brooke might act like she’s having a quiet night alone and leave Taylor eager to come keep her company.
Imagine Taylor’s surprise if she shows up for a girls’ night and finds Brooke naked under the sheets with Ridge!
That image could soon be burned into Taylor’s brain as a reminder of her broken bond with Brooke on top of familiar Ridge heartbreak.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Brooke and Taylor may slide back into enemy territory eventually, so stay tuned for updates on the inevitable friendship blowup.
