The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that February sweeps will bring some major scheming in Genoa City – starting with the great Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and his sneaky plan to gain control of Tucker McCall’s (Trevor St. John) company.
Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) is certainly on board with going after McCall Unlimited, especially since it’ll be easy to strike while the company’s broke and vulnerable.
However, Victor will use this situation to set the stage for Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) return to the Newman fold.
Victoria and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) certainly won’t be too pleased about that development.
In the meantime, Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will return to town and find herself drawn to Tucker once again, but things won’t be quite as they seem.
It looks like Ashley will manipulate Tucker until she’s got him right where she wants him!
Over with Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott), she’ll have an exciting project that’ll create some buzz in GC.
There’ll be a special event that Nikki makes her mark on, so it’ll be interesting to see how it all comes together.
As for Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) and Phyllis Summers’ (Michelle Stafford) feud, there’ll be a stunning twist after Phyllis forms a new alliance.
That could force Diane to make some updates to her own tactics.
Y&R spoilers say Phyllis will work with someone besides Ashley and Nikki on a way to get rid of Diane for good, so we’ll see if it’s Tucker, Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) or another partner in crime.
Jeremy will indeed make a comeback, so he’ll face off with Victor and inevitably cause issues with his revenge mission, too.
Although Diane will try to focus on her happiness with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), she’ll hold a grudge that could be her downfall.
After Diane gets tangled up in a mess of her own making, it’ll lead to big problems with Nikki.
There’ll be more mama drama for Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) as well.
Kyle will continue to defend Diane while Summer takes Phyllis’ side, so that’ll strain “Skyle” more than ever.
Victor tends to bring out the worst in people when it comes to plotting with him.
Now that Kyle’s sinister side has been unleashed, it’ll bring extra marriage difficulties and could leave Summer wondering where her sweet husband went!
Next, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will deal with complicated feelings and an even more complicated situation.
Neither one of them wants to rock the friendship boat or put Chelsea’s recovery at risk, so any potential romance will have to be a slow burn.
As for Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case), she’ll grow closer to Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) while offering support to Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) on their journey to motherhood.
Speaking of that journey, one half of “Teriah” will struggle with parenting doubts.
There’s a good chance it’ll be Tessa who worries she won’t be a good mom, but Mariah will be there to offer reassurance.
The paternity of Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) baby will be revealed this February, so she’ll do her best to make the right choices in the aftermath.
Will it be Adam or Nick who turns out to be the father?
Daniel Romalotti Jr (Michael Graziadei) will get a visit from Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) and Lucy Romalott (Lily Brooks O’Briant), so some stunning news will set the stage for that.
Finally, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and Devon Hamilton’s (Bryton James) relationship will deteriorate as the merger drama gets even worse, so look for Devon to lean on Abby Newman-Abbott (Melissa Ordway) in his time of need.
